We had a problem with the tv not working. Went to the front desk and they ahd it fixed immediately.

The first time we stayed everything was perfect, bed was comfortable and TV and refrigerator worked fine. The 2nd time we had to wait for maintenance to come fix the TV, the bed wasn't as comfortable and it made a lot of noise lol but overall our stay was good.

Place smelled like cigarettes and body Oder. If I hadnât been driving for 11-12 hours I would have left. Killed 3 roaches while I was there. Slept in my travel clothes and put my own blanket on top the bed. Went to tell them when I checked out but no one was there.
Absolutely trash wouldnât recommend it to a bum.

Room was clean and smelled ok, only 2 issues; comforter had burn holes on it and should had been replaced and the hot tub water pressure was terrible especially at 5am, it took over 25 mins to properly fill in order to turn the jets on.

Lipstick on a pig condition. Did not get the room a paid for. Got a non smoking double, paid fir a smoking king bed.. seems like a lot of âlong termâ tenants.

You may think "Oh those people who have bad reviews just had bad luck." No. This is awful. Asked for non smoking but hit a wall of smoke the second we stepped in. 3 or 4 flies buzzing around. The TV does not work. It turns on not has no connection. There's no relief from the smoke as the windows do not open.. The door knob just came off the bathroom door.
