We recently stayed at this hotel, traveling with our 8-month-old baby, and while the room itself was excellent, our experience was significantly marred by the hotel's self-service systems.
The check-in, garage payment, and check-out processes were all supposed to be seamless, but none of them worked due to an integration issue with Hotels.com. We needed a specific internal booking reference from Hotels.com that we did not have access to, leading to repeated calls to the hotel's support. This was both inconvenient and irritating, especially with a young baby in tow.
Despite the comfort of the room, the constant technical issues and lack of smooth self-service made our stay quite stressful. We cannot recommend this hotel to anyone booking through Hotels.com until these issues are resolved.

My stay was fantastic; i like the environment , everywhere around is neat and clean. Unfortunately, i can notice the lack of communication. In addition , a member of the staff should be available to explain how do things function in the appartment if need be.

Recommend. Very nice and spacious place with everything needed and in excellent conditions.

Poor..very poor…checked in online..receiving a “pass key code”…then received further emails..demanding payment..I had prepaid. Concierge at Hotel just referred me to call centre..
Building smelled of sewage and there was no bedding for sofa bed..having specifically requested when bookng

The bathroom has not any place to put thing like shampu, toothpaste , etc etc
No curtains or glasses in the shower so full of water on the floor and the toilet
