Revisited the hotel after a year as I was quite satisfied during my previous trip. There was a mess up with my reservation so I had to wait for a while until they solved the issue. Breakfast is above average. It is a good option if you need to travel in the centre.

AMAZING!!! One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The customer service was excellent, the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was very nice. The hotel was very safe and had a friendly atmosphere which was very welcoming. Will be staying here again if I visit Mersin.

The stay was mostly pleasant. Although staff are very polite and helpful, I only found 1 person that spoke English. Although this is okay, the description for the hotel says they do speak english, so this was a big surprise to me. Other than that, the hotel was excellent.

The language is big problme ,exchange price is too low so you need to find place outside the hotel to get good price for your money.

The communal PC in the lobby has no internet access, which i think is the purpose of that specific computer. So, web check-in for our flights was not posdible, and the receptionist didnt seem to care...

It is an amazing hotel. Very clean and very comfortable. Amazing breakfast. Everything about it was very nice. At breakfast I observed a GM or some manager who was very concerned about cleanliness. I think credit goes to him and the owner. But night staff was not very comforting.
Moreover, the rooms are a bit small but very tastefully decorated. I will recommend everyone to go there. It is also good for money. Thumbs up to the owner and team

I highly recommend this hotel if you like a comfy bed, nice and clean room and shower, great traditional Turkish breakfast along with food that would suit to most people, and friendly staff.

The room I stayed would be at least £100 per night in London(where I live) without a breakfast; whereas here breakfast is included. The price here is almost 1/4 !
They have massage , Turkish bath etc but I didn't try it. Next time :)

Comfortable room, responsive staff, great breakfast! There was some confusion over our comings and goings so our room was not cleaned or restocked on the second day, but this was a minor thing.
The location was great - the hotel staff booked taxis for us and it was easy to flag down the local dolmuş to travel outside of town.
Be sure to take advantage of the spa features - the massage was wonderful.

The hotel was great and amazing, still new opened mid 2016, very clean and close to Mersin shopping streets (5-10 mins walking). Buses pass right at its door. Food was good also. I would recommend it for anyone visiting Mersin.
