Rooms were to a good standard, however shower was a bit small for a tall person.

My room was very small and the bathroom a bit uncomfortable but I booked the cheapest option.
The restaurant is amazing and the breakfast was very very good.
You can see the hotel was recently renovated and it has a lovely feel to it.

Nice hotel, but no air-conditioning and the fan had a timer on it! Not impressed with that. Should have air-conditioning at this price. Also paid for a double room and reserved 6 months ago. I had a twin room.

Spent 1 night on our way to Neuschwanstein castle. Took a taxi from the train station in Kempten to the hotel. You can catch the bus to Fussen right across the street from this hotel. The dinner and breakfast were both very good. We enjoyed a short walk across the river and around the shopping plaza. Stopped and had a pint of Guiness at the Irish Pub Kempten. It is a very picturesque Barvarian town.

Great easy access to the old Kempton area. Easy walking. Also great spot for the Festival that was in town.

great but there is noone at reception from 11;30 pm till 6:00 am I came in late and had to sleep in my car for 5 hours

I understand that this hotel was refurbished recently so big congratulations to the owners and staff for creating such a great place to stay. Excellent food both dinner and breakfast. I wish I was going to be here on business on a regular basis as would not hesitate to stay again or recommend this hotel.
