I was traveling from my hometown in the Netherlands to my holiday destination in Italy. As we (me and my wife) were traveling with 3 kids (ages 6, 5 and 1) we decided to book a family room in the In Laisen Hotel so we could split the journey in two days. The guy behind the desk, who was the son of the owner, was friendly but reserved. The rooms were clean and exactly what you’d expect from a hotel. One double bed, one bunk bed and one pull out chair. These beds were neatly made when we arrived. Good experience, would recommend!

The room was fine, same for the personnel, but the internet is pretty much none existant. So when you need to prepare for the next day of your travel its make everything just more difficult.

- not enough power outlets
- shoe polish machine had no polish
- for some reason got a room for disabled persons
- no blinds
- but overall not horrible

I would not recommend this hotel. It Is too expensive vs hotel standard in the area. The Pictures and text upsell the place. How ever the breakfast Service staff was very kind and nice

This place was not good at all. First of all, none of the staff were wearing masks. The breakfast was a joke and I did not want you eat much since everything looked like it had sat on the table for hours and hours. The person handling the breakfast did not wear a mask either. The mugs in the bathroom were dirty, like they had been used but not changed. It is quite cheap but that’s it. I would avoid at any cost, especially at these times.

Business trip. Approx 8 nights overall. Nice hotel. Its a little bit of a walk from the city center but its also very affordably priced to make it worth it. The service was friendly. Breakfast and dinner was actually very good. They do have some outside seating. The hotel is fairly new. I would recommend it.
