Very nice hotel great breakfast even had an omelette chef everything you want to eat was available very very good

The hotel itself was amazing. The staff was great. My only issue with the stay was the horrible people who had a Room above us…. They let kids run back-and-forth for hours on end stomping and jumping to the point where we couldn’t even enjoy our vacation/ relaxation….

Excellent. Spacious king room, puppy friendly, big oval tub shower combo, everything worked, quiet, bedside plugins for phones, etc. Nice breakfast buffet, bar in evening with flatbread pizza. Brissi Ranch 2 miles with upscale grocery stores, restaurants, drugstore, shops. Stay price super.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Iris Hotel. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. Communication was smooth, and everything met our expectations. We would recommend this hotel and might choose to stay here again on our next trip to San Diego. The only issue was that the bathroom could have been cleaner, as we found some hair in the tub, when we arrived. Other than that, everything was great, and we loved it!

Mark at the counter in the morning has the worst customer service approach I’ve ever experienced. He has great difficulty talking to guests. He can’t handle a basic checkout.

King bed was very uncomfortable. Very lumpy. The pullout sofa mattress had a giant urine stain on it. The shower curtain was stained. The single ply toilet paper was torture to my skin.

It was excellent and the staff was very courteous and cheerful at all times. Would like to recognize Terri who was the short-order cook cooking omelets for breakfast. She delighted us during breakfast. We never saw a grumpy staff anywhere. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel. Only 4 years old. Staff is very friendly and polite. We were very impresses by the large room size.

This hotel is amazing! I will definitely be staying here again! I am a sucker for a hotel room that is clean and has a deep soaking tub - this hotel is super clean and has the deep soaking tub; rather than the gross jetted tubs. The rooms are huge! The staff is super sweet and understanding. I didn't get to try the legendary breakfast - but will do the next time I stay. My only complaint is that the available parking does not meet the needs of their hotel. When I stayed, there was an Enterprise moving truck taking up 3-4 parking spaces and electric vehicle charging spaces (4-6 empty spaces) and I had to wait in one of these spots to get a traditional parking space after 11pm. But overall I will be staying here again!

Great stay - 3rd stay at this Ayres property. Always good to visit here. The staff, the quality of the property and amenities, proximity to our family. We love staying here!

Excellent staff at every level of service! Excellent hot and cold options for breakfast… the best omelette I’ve had in a long time.
