Friendly, helpful staff. Sufficient. Good location near local happenings. Clean room everyday.

Woke up on Day 3. No water. Zero. No sink, no toilet, no shower. No one at Front Desk

The staff cater to our ever need. The hotel location was great! The property was clean and well kept. I would stay there again.

It was nice to stayed in this place, very easy to get some food and walking distance to the train station 🚉 and very nice receptionist and the manager is very friendly and helpful and we make some friends. Thank you so very much ❤️

Overall, it was okay. By Israeli standards, this would probably be considered nice. The pictures are incredibly deceiving. The furniture and bedding are not nearly as nice as they make them look. There was water leaking by the wall in the bathroom. My balcony overlooked piles of trash. I had to come by twice to check in because there was no one at the front desk. There was also no one there in the morning, so I left my room key with a note. The room was clean and okay for one night.

I liked the room and the location. I didn't find the breakfast to be my style, but just walked elsewhere

Nice place very central a lot of shops and dining in the immediate area. Close to light rail and other transport options. Short walk to old city.

We had a problem checking into the hotel. We’re told that the reservation is cancelled. We got the email from Hotel.com couple days before check in regarding the upcoming hotel. We were shocked upon arrival with the news. They managed to let us and our friend traveling together check in with the same price. The tour agent lady at the reception desk was very bad. She booked three of us into the large group tour instead of a small one. She was wrong with the tour time (she said it finishes at 2, but it was 5, etc) The last night at the hotel, we asked the hotel receptionist about the place to eat, preferably the local authentic meals.. But all the restaurants were closed on Friday evening including the fast food places. we had to walk about 1 hour finding the open place to eat in the cold wether. There’re some communication problems in English at the hotel. The hotel itself was clean and in a convenient location.

Really like this hotel, it exceeded our expectations. Exceptionally clean with comfortable beds. Wonderful location close to public transit, cafes, and restaurants. Friendly staff. Only item to be aware of is street traffic can be a bit loud.

The hotel is nice, but the staff basically ignored me at check in.

Stayed here several but not sure if there was a change in management. I always left the room early and when I returned at noon, everything was made up. This time my room was being made past noon and the last there, at 2:00, the room wasn't made up. I was exhausted and wanted to relax. I saw the girl in the next room and told her I'll be back in an hour, can she make up the room. She said yes. Returned an hour later and saw her smoking a cigarette on the balcony of the next room I figured she was done. Went upstairs. Room wasn't touched. Told her to give me towels and forget the room. I'll think twice before I return

Staff are very friendly. The only problem was that there was actually no washing machine in the hotel but you can find some within a walkable distance.

Towels are dirty and have stains. They don’t provide hand and face towels. The bathroon door i sealed.

Its good just to spent a night. It looks much better in photos, but cant complain too much for the price you get.

Older property in need of renovation. Great location.

This is a "spot-on" property. Exactly what we were looking for and exactly where you need to be. Great room, clean, comfortable, modern (awesome shower) and a little kitchenette. The staff was great, with easy check-in and accommodating. The price was good in comparison to many expensive properties in the area. The location does not get more perfect. You can walk everywhere or you are just a couple minutes walk from the light rail. Highly recommended!

The City Center Hotel is located ideally in an active section of the downtown metro area. It has excellent staff, who speak very good-Tov... English. The property has a stylish decorum that invites the tired traveler to the comforts of home.

Dirty , communication poor, hard to find , and unprofessional.

Its location is excellent, walkable to many places, with bus stops near by that one can basically go anywhere. It’s 3 minutes walk to the light rail, 1 minutes walk to bus stations, and 7 minutes walk to Yehuda market. Many eateries and restaurants are nearby too.

The property is in such a great location! Ben Yehuda street is right behind the building. It’s about a 10 minute walk to The Machena Yehuda Market and about a 30 minute walk to the Old City. It’s a block away from Jaffa Street to take the train if you prefer not to walk. The place itself is clean and the bed was comfortable. We loved the walk in shower with a choice of shower head (hand held and rain shower). We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is conveniently located to walking distance from public transportation, shops, restaurants and the Old City of Jerusalem. Has friendly personnel earger to assist you. Ours stay was very pleasant. My only suggestion would be to a phone line inside the room.
