Everything was fine but I missed an ironing board and shirt hangers in the cupboard.
They don’t have ironing boards I was told but they did give me cheap metal wire shirt hangers 😔

Mohammed in kitchen was very helpful, all kitchen staff was quick on food delivery to the room and the beef burger is the best i have had.

This was a nice hotel but I am not sure what is going on now. Tv has not been working in the room the last couple of stays that I had and it seems no one really cares.

The hotel is neat and convenient location
we had some minor issues which were resolved within a fair amount of time, some staff are very helpful, especially MALAK
The food was not that good, neither the coffee, better to go out on the streets.

This property has seen better days but there is still a lot of potential by simply paying attention to some cleaning. There was a large stain on the curtain in my room which I think really could be easily rectified. Everything else was clean and well presented. All staff were nice (Malek, Heba, Abdulaziz, Saddam and Hala). Restuarant staff were very nice. Some non-compliant guests were smoking in their bedroom but fortunately, it stayed out of my room.

The pool helped entertain the kids. The breakfast was an amazing spread and visually pleasing. I recommend getting the half board or full board option upon making a reservation as the restaurant prices are somewhat expensive. The small ramp at the front of the hotel is horribly designed. Upon arrival or whenever we got a taxi, the vehicle had a hard time getting in because the ramp is steep. The best parts of this hotel are the pool, breakfast, and food options.
