I could not fault anything in the Westport Plaza. The staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stunning hotel, the room and bathroom were amazing. The staff were just so lovely, Kathy in reception made sure I got dinner. I was late back from seeing a patient and she organised a delicious goats cheese salad be delivered to my room. The food was gorgeous at breakfast too. I will definitely return. The hotel is in the centre of everything. Excellent Excellent Excellent experience.

Couldn’t lock the window of our suit
the shower tap was extremely difficult to turn on and off
I had three attempts to open my door each time having to go to the desk to receive a new door card eventually the gentleman on the desk had to open my door with a screw driver !!
