We had a wondeedul stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants with ease. The room was on the small side and the internet connection was really poor with the exception of the lobby, please note the fitness suite is also very basic with 2 running machines 2 bikes, a crosstrainer (that was out of seevice during our stay) as well as some basic weights and a weight machine. I would still definitely recommend if you're lookong for a clean hotel in an ideal location, as always with accomodation in major cities the cost of being idealy situated will be what dictates how much you're charged.

Excellent service and overall a great stay! I definitely recommend. Copacabana Beach is just right around the corner. The only negative is that I had very loud neighbors who were yelling late at night.

Windsor has many properties around Rio. This is one of their lesser quality ones but the location is good and the price reasonable. It included breakfast but I didn’t try it.

Shower was strong with plenty of water. Checkout was fast. Cons: Checkin took quite a long time. It would be easier to have an online checkin to help doing all the registration forms. Air conditioning in the bedroom was very loud. Thermostat didn’t work at all, which made our bedroom a fridge during the night.

We stayed during the carnival, to be honest i booked it because it was one of the cheapest during this period, so wasnt expecting much. However the minute we got out of the taxi, the doorman and reception staff were excellent and very helpful, courteous, especially Johnathan on reception. The room was ok but clean, the shower was just amazing in terms of the water pressure. We had dinner innthe restaurant for just one night and wished we had eaten there more often as it was really good, breakfast was also good. Two minutes walk from the copacabana beach inwould definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent service, with a conveniently located spot, just a short 5-minute walk to Copacabana Beach and safe for walking. Jonathan and Lucas in the lobby provided great service. Many tours can pick you up from here, and they have information about plenty of nearby activities.

The staff is outstanding, really kind, professional and polite. The room was small, but the bathroom and the shower were excellent. The location is really good, several restaurants, bakeries and close to the beach.

The staff at the Windsor Copa are hard working and do their best to provide excellent service for their customers. As an english speaking visitor, there are several employees who are bilingual and can assist you when needed. Everything that you need is within walking distance of the hotel. Should I be in this area again, I would definitely choose the Windsor Copa. Regarding safety, the best advice I was given by a Carioca is to 'blend in' and do not give someone a reason to take what you have ie. constantly looking at your cellphone on the street/beach, wearing expensive jewelry.

The room was clean, pillows uncomfortable, Bed was good, location was good. Wish the charging connection was by the bed side. Would stay there again and recommend.
