I've been staying at this property since during the pandemic and at every stay I encountered the following problems: bad communication at check-in, room in poor condition, no working security safe in the rooms, No Hot Water, unstable internet service; This review is in no way to throw shade on anyone, but this is a Wyndham property and I do expect that all efforts should be made to bring the quality and service of this location up to the standard that I am accustomed to at other Ramada/Wyndham hotels. While there are presently ongoing repairs I want to advise that focus should not only be on paint-job and cracks in the walls but to ensure that all rooms now have running hot water, stable internet and all rooms have a security safe for the guests to store their valuables. I look forward to my next visit and the opportunity to stay in one of the newly completely renovated rooms.

The room wasnt clean, mildew on the ceilings couldnt sleep with a headache from it and due to the cosino could hear the music from under my bed and no window at all

Great location but I’d never stay there again. Rooms need a renovation. Very nice cleaning lady but rooms are scary. Breakfast was ok. Front desk assisted with getting around but the hotel is rundown

There was no hot water the entire stay or clean wash clothes. Dirty dingy towels. Will not be returning. Staff was nice tho.

The lady at the reception was extremely rude and unprofessional, was on phone whole time, did not send blankets after multiple reminder. We wanted to sleep early to catch early morning flight but simply couldn’t because of hours of delay in just getting the blankets and noise coming from the road. They like to honk even at night hours and this hotel is located at the most congested part of the town so constant loud noise will not let you sleep.

We wanted to sleep early to catch early morning flight but simply couldn’t because of hours of delay in just getting the blankets and noise coming from the road. The mattress is too hard and old. The noise from the neighbor kept us up but reception, resolved it as soon as we reported it. The gym does not have a bathroom. Some of the equipment is broken and not functional. No towels in the gym no hand sanitizer in the gym otherwise good enough for a few nights.

This was a terrible experience, No hot water No phone in the room No privacy, curtain blinds were bent and damaged allowing anyone passing the windown to see in. Staff treatment was terrible. They never said good morning, not once. Zero hospitality. Room had an odor. Requested an iron 3 times over 2 days. Never received this until the 4th time. Had to physically go down each time and request an iron. Still it was never delivered to the room. Had to retuen a 4th time, stand and wait 15 minutes for the staff to actually bring the iron. Terrible experience, furniture in lobby was torn, over all property conditions would disgust anyone.

The air conditioning was too cold and could not be turned down. It looked like a refrigerator, we couldn't sleep well because it was very cold. Besides, the hot water for bathing was not useful.

The pool area had a surprisingly nice ambiance and decor and the food/drinks were good too. Our waiter Wilson gave good service. Room was basic which was expected for the price in the area. Included breakfast was a nice perk. Cinnamon coffee hit the spot after a long night. Overall, good value.
