Had a great stay at the Hilton Garden in Preston, Conn. Very clean, very comfortable, very nicely set up. All staff were very friendly, competent and professional.

The location was excellent. It was less than five minutes to the casino. Parking was easy. I was surprised to find that they did have a Jacuzzi outside. The bed was extremely comfortable clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful from now on if I go to the casino. This will be the only place that I will stay.

Had a great time. Went to the gym there, pool, breakfast and had great time at all. Also rooms were nice and clean. Staff was friendly.

Stay was great need larger TV a nice little cafe or restaurant open all the time

The hotel was great. The only negative was there were no USB outlets in the room.

Worst Hilton I have ever stayed in. I don’t like to complain but this was off for a Hilton. The room was dirty, The bathroom was gross things splattered all over the doors and windowsill, Also, the tub didn’t drain so it left soapy water all over your feet . The face on the iron was broken. Looks like somebody dropped it, and it hit and cracked the tiles in the room.. My Wife didn’t notice the broken face. It started ironing my shirt and put a big hole in it.. Went down and showed the staff. They gave me a new iron and told me they should take care of everything.. Jacuzzi didn’t work was dirty and the tiles all around it are loose. You could just pick them up and as you walked over them, they moved.. Unsafe . Please help!

I booked this room and literally 2 hours later had a family emergency come up. I understand there is a no cancellation policy in effect, but given the circumstances I would have expected some type of credit be given. Expedia fought for me, and I appreciate that, but the hotel refused to refund. I will not be booking here again.

Very close to Foxwoods casino. Free parking, nice size indoor pool. One restaurant with good choices for breakfast lunch and dinner. Across from Dunkin Donuts. Staff was very courteous and friendly!
