Great property, clean and convenient to everything.

The A/C did not work. The room was not well cleaned.

Overall just ok and imo not worth $250 for a night. Microwave was dirty as hell. Toilet spit out when flushed. Front desk gentleman was nice but staff at breakfast was just miserable. Housekeeping came knocking at 9 am and even opened door when check out time is 11 am and when asked she was angry saying she will come back. First and last time for me. Not worth the money.

The rooms have a decent size. Bathroom wasn‘t very nice and clean. Some stuff out of order. We found other guests socks under the bed. Poolwater was cloudy and green, the whole setting not very welcoming. Nobody seems to be responsible or cares. Sad. No swimming recommended, at least for us. Breakfast situation the same. Tables dirty, Buffet empty, for everything you have to ask. Way too many guests in this small room. The Lady from staff was friendly, but overloaded all alone.

When we checked in, staff made mistake and attitude was so bad.

The King suite was a great room, we lived it. Unfotunately, the corridors always had mess in them, the elevator was out of order the morning of our departure, the breakfast room got crowded/ran out of items.

Very nice. Great breakfast. Close to Horseshoe Bend and Glen Canyon Dam.

Stay was good. Typical hotel with no perks. Room so hot when we got in, wish they would turn AC at reasonable temp, so comfortable when arrival.

The problem with our room was that the toilet didn't flush. We checked in around dinner time and the front desk fella was great. He came to plunge the toilet twice, then sent up maintenance. Still the toilet did not flush well. In the morning we went back to the front desk and the fella on duty was NO HELP. I simply asked him if maybe he could give us a key for an empty room near to us so that we could do our morning business. He would have none of it. "How can I let you into someone else's room", he would say. I said, "I don't want into someone else's room, I would want a room not occupied just to use the toilet". The hotel was not full and we were on the third floor. They couldn't fix the toilet, they didn't get us to change rooms, and I thought it was a perfect solution to our room being unsatisfactory. He told us to come down and use the "public washroom" on the main floor. I pay for a hotel room so that I can have the convenience of a flushing toilet, and solutions were available.
