It was a pleasure to stay in the hotel. A friendly welcome when we arrived And the room was very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable And have to say that the bathroom was outstanding. And will be staying there again soon.

There is renovation work being done. This means their car park is closed. There is a public car park next door, but its a bit of a hassle parking on the street to check in and then having to move your car afterwards. There were no signs saying when the car park will re-open and I only knew it was closed when I arrived - no prior notice was given.

After a 6 hr drive the car park wasn’t available. Had to park in a nearby multi story car park. It was dark and wet and the walk did not feel safe. Room grubby and needed refurbishing. Food very average, unimaginative and poor quality

We stayed at the Harlow holiday in express. The room was perfect, the breakfast was great for free. We had a walk through the town and trip to the Wetherspoon pub and even saw what looked like a recent Banksy near it.

Parking very limited at hotel, and part of it looking very unkempt with damaged chain link fencing allowing easy public access from the street.

Hotel is in good location of town centre. During our visit works were happening which meant car park was unavailable however alternative car parking was advised. Room sofa was possibly needing replaced as when you sat down the seat would disappear into the base. Staff were very friendly. Lifts kept breaking down. Room was a good size and clean.

Quick overnight stay en route to STN. Easy check in, and only there for a few hours rest. Not the BEST accommodation, but it did its job.

Lovely stay as usual. Nice and clean as always and the staff are always pleasant and polite and helpful wherever possible
