We had a wonderful stay for two days. The staff was very kind and made us a great breakfast to go! The hotel was extremely beautiful, exactly as pictured!

Everything about this hotel is awesome. Front desk was very helpful. Excellent facilities, room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was delicious with a huge variety.

Magda from reception was particularly helpful. She salvaged our day by encouraging us to go ahead with our plans despite heavy rains which later subdued in time.

Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Pillows oddly square shaped and difficult to get your head comfortable. TV channels only in Polish. No Netflix or Prime available. Otherwise I enjoyed the rustic, wooden nature of the hotel.

Excellent location. Room was wonderful, spacious, clean and staff was 10/10. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re in Zakopane!

We were in the older section of the hotel so there was no elevator, but we were on the first floor so one flight of stairs was fine. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure.
Our friends were in the never building which has balconies and an elevator. Theybloved their bed and shower too.

Excellent location. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, entry to Gubałówka. Hotel room was very quiet and our sleep wasn’t disturbed by any noise from the street.

Fantastic location right on the main pedestrian street. Gorgeous hotel restaurant. Very good food. Room was large and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay at Sabała and wish we coild stay longer.

The staff were really friendly, helpful and nothing was too much for them especially as we are not polish and the communication was not always easy for us.
