Hotel room was extremely hot with no ventilation available. We did not sleep well at all.

All good. Just one thing destroyed everything. At the checkout, I asked if I can stay until 12, but the lady at the frontdesk told me, in a cold way, no, u have to pay additional 50 euros and u can stay until 1pm. Because they are fully booked. First of all, they are far from fully booked. All type of rooms are available on all booking platform to book. So dont treat others like this. Second, the service quality is really bad at this level. You could just say, yeah; stay a few minutes would be fine. Or something more soft. Last, 50 euros for 2 hours? What a joke??? And also, most hotel check out time is 12, not 11! So this lady kills all. Really destroyed the experience ….

Nicely located in walking distance to Banjaard beach. Great spacious penthouse type of appartment on top floor. Cleanliness of kitchen and terrasse not good. Bit of a shame because the terasse could be just great for relaxing in the evening.

The food was good room was good. All good. Two bad points. We were paying 365 euros for one night but were not allowed to use the pool unless we paid 40 euros for the spa. This is not good. We were told we could use the next door pool bye the reception staff, but when we went to the hotel pool next door they said that there was no such agreement! That is a poor deal. We wasted 1 hour trying to get this sorted for our children. The second problem: Previous customers I dropped the cigarette butts on the floor in the room patio. These would’ve been difficult for the cleaners to see as they were dropped in between the stones. However there were many cigarette butts and it looks rather dirty. Given that I have the customer has paid so much for the room, I would’ve expected that the party over the bin cleaner than that. Gives a bad impression to have dirty you cigarette butts on the floor outside

We were travelling up the coast road and the location suited us. It is a little remote, but set along a nice piece of coast. We had a two room apartment which was excellent. Both dinner and breakfast we good. The staff on Reception and in the restaurant were very helpful.

We were a couple and two friends (so 4 in total) on a cycling holiday so had just cycled 55 miles when we arrived at Hotel De Kamperduinen. Check-in was reasonably fast and the woman on the desk was professional and helpful. We went straight to eat dinner at the hotel restaurant as we were hungry after cycling and although at first it seemed quite pricey, when we sat down and saw the full menu there were some cheaper options. We were given complimentary bread and butter - the bread was delicious - and when we asked for more they gave it to us without hesitation. They also have a complimentary salad bar including feta and olives which was nice. The food we ordered was very good too, so all in all it was a good dining experience and not as expensive as first though! Our rooms were great and as expected for a 4* rating. They were spacious with big windows, nicely decorated, good facilities and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also good - spacious, clean, bath & shower. Breakfast the next morning was the best I've had in ages - huge selection, hot & cold, all very nice and fresh. We are lots again to prepare us for the next 62 miles!
