Staff was very friendly throughout our stay. We had a triple room, but we were supposed to have a queen and a twin - had 3 twin beds. The "A/C" was a joke - the room was very hot. Air did not get in to the 2 beds room. The bar at the hotel is very small. The restaurant only serves hotel guests breakfast.

Business trip. Started out 3 nights. Extended to 5 nights. Very nice family run hotel. You feel very welcomed and they appreciate your business. From room to lobby very clean. Very personable service. Great location. They are very helpful with any questions you have and speak English as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Hotel is very near the train station so easy access to Stuttgart and other locations. Short walk into historic and shopping areas. Terrific breakfast.

There is no onsite restaurant but a small bar in the hotel lobby. Onsite parking is limited and charged extra. No gym or other amenities. The train station is only a 3 min walk and 10 min to the main shopping area and restaurants.

The staff at reception were very friendly and the room cleaning staff respected my wishes when I hung the "Do not disturb" sign. Toilets were maybe slightly cramped, but still clean and comfortable to use.
