We got the accessibility room to be able to maneuver a wheelchair and it was great! The room was spacious with a roll in shower and built in seat, everything was a good height for a wheelchair. The toilet could have been slightly cleaner inside, but it functioned just fine.
The beds were acceptable; about as good as some hotels.
As noted by many others, there is no tv, but wifi worked great. We brought a kettle and a coffee press for our morning coffee and it was fine. All the main coffee places were only 5 minutes away if we didn’t want to make it.
We were on the main floor, right by the main entrance so it was a little noisy with the people outside, but earplugs for me worked just fine.
All in all, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend it.

Our stay at Residence & Conference Centre was very comfortable, clean and very roomy.
We loved the kitchen and the affordable accommodation.

My significant other and I were harassed by staff nightly as we were just trying to take a walk around the property. Accusing us of disturbing the peace of the paying customers and fooling around just because we were out for a walk and looked younger. Guess that’s just the price you pay for a cheap place to stay but we will not be staying here again.

All was great except there was no provision for Making tea in the morning. A kettle in the kitchen or few utensils might have helped.

This was our second visit to the facility. It's a great family spot. Full kitchen means you can bring your own food and a big common room with pool table and foosball lends for a great night. Centrally located with a bed and hot shower. Prefect.

Not a hotel! Basic. No TV. Kitchen but no utensils so useless! Wish I'd known what to expect. Expedia let me down!

I've never stayed somewhere so quiet. Usually we need to use a sound machine to drown out hallway/outside noise for my toddler, but we forgot to take it out of the car and it wasn't even an issue. The mattresses, pillows and bedding were all super comfortable. I slept better than I have in 4 star hotels. We'll definitely be back!

There were stains on my bedsheets and comforter, and although there were laundry facilities I do not see why I need to wash my own bedding?
Towels were dirty upon check in.
I ended up checking out a day early and finding a new location to stay.

Perfect location for what I need. Second time staying here this year and have been very happy. Very clean friendly staff. My only problem was the battery in the smoke detector went off in the middle of the night. I called the front desk and they came over and changed the battery. I think they need to review how often they replace the batteries.

The property was clean and quiet. However the right venue was very hard to find. The first building
I went in to had limited info on where I was to go to check in! There was 3 choices. The room was clean, sparse but comfortable. It was very quiet. I’m not sure I would pay more than we did on a return trip.

Excellent clean accommodations! Loved that there was 2 separate bedrooms and full kitchen to use ! Would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean and well kept. No weird smells. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not often you can find somewhere nice to stay for under $100. Will stay here again if traveling through North Bay.

It was very clean and well-maintained. I did find it a bit noisy but not the hotels fault that babies were crying just thin walls. The checkout was frustrating as the door was locked and I had to ring a door bell to check out and the guy working finally came out and noticed me but had earphones in. Not a great idea when you need to hear a ringing bell.

The check-in person was not very knowledgeable nor helpful. Our interac cards (2) were not working nor was our Visa. Thank God that we had cash to pay. He could have told us that there an ATM machine right outside the front door. Was not impressed by him. Also we had asked for a bathroom with a bath and we got a room with only a shower. It would also be helpful that if two people are checking that each person gets their own soaps in the bathroom instead of just one for two guests to share.

It was no communicated that the room door does not lock as you leave. Someone had set off the fire alarm on my second night, but the room was comfortable and most of the communication from staff was excellent. I would stay again. Only thing they could improve in my opinion is to have a microwave in the kitchen area.

This place is awesome! Super great price. Location is about three or four minutes from all the hotspots – grocery stores, restaurants. Timmies, LCBO. Literally, walking distance, as long as you’re not lazy like I am! But definitely a three minute drive! You really can’t beat this place
