Run don’t walk away from the KMM! Let’s set the record straight: the KMM is objectively NOT a four star hotel. It’s lacking amenities and quality to meet the requirements (no in-house restaurant, no bar, no spa/pool, no co-working space, underperforming WiFi, only basic decorations and bedding quality). Our experience was so horrific, we left in the middle of our 4-night stay (booking another hotel nearby). The AC in our room did not work. We notified the front desk after our first night. They claimed to fix it. After returning that evening, it was still not working (26 degrees C). We notified the front desk again but it was “too late” (7pm) to call for a tech or maid to prepare another room (another lacking feature of an alleged 4-star hotel). We spent another night in the boiler room. The next day, the hotel swapped us to another room with the same problem (broken AC). We returned to the front desk who sent a tech and claimed to fix it. After the “fix”, we remained in the room for another 60 minutes while we booked another hotel (an actual four star hotel). The temperature actually rose while we booked another hotel. The hotel staff was unhelpful, rude, and operates an unsuitable hotel. You would be incredibly wise to book elsewhere.

Location is very good - about 10 min walk (downhill) to the old town, 5-7 min walk to the nearest metro station, 20 min by taxi from the airport. It's a great shame they don't start the breakfast until 08:00. An earlier start would mean there wouldn't be such a crowd around the breakfast buffet when it opens. Excellent view of the old town and city from the brekfast restaurant.

The nice thing about the room was the view and the bed was comfortable, but the room itself felt old. Also, there were quite a few things that were lacking for a so called 4 star hotel. The bathroom was missing hand soap, shower gel, conditioner, only had a half roll of toilet paper. There was only one trash can which was located in the bathroom, no trash can in the living space. Also the safe did not work and also had no instructions. When I told the reception about the missing items, I was met with a “we are out”. A 4 star hotel should never run out of these things. This property is more like a 2 star not 4. Also, I requested a late checkout because I was ill and needed a little more rest, they thought it was necessary to call again while I am resting to remind me what time my checkout was, as if I would forget within an hour of calling down what time my checkout now was. I found this very annoying as it interrupted my rest. Overall, I would not recommend staying here based on the lack of basic needs. Location was nice.

It was fine for a place to sleep at and have breakfast. The location was accessible to much of what you would like to see and walk to. I didn’t find the main desk staff all that warm and welcoming.

Staff where friendly. The room was amazing but we paid for it as an upgrade. It's very modern and looks and smell so new. The breakfast was good too. Location is perfect, close to bus line and metro.

My stay at KMM hotel was great! On arrival i was informed by the receptionist, a polite young lady, that my room is upgraded. The room though not huge was great with little balcony and everything you need plus some complimentary water and hot drinks. The room was clean and even though i did not request or leave the towels on the floor they were changed and the water bottles replaced. Breakfast was as everywhere else - normal buffet with enough items to choose. All hotel staff (reception, valet, restaurant, housekeeping) were great and really accommodating.

Beautiful city view from 2 balconies, excellent breakfast, great location- walking distance to restaurants, river etc Would be good to have some space to hang jackets etc in room outside the wardrobe. Also a bit noisy at night due to loud music- did not bother us but some people might not like it. Would recommend staying in the city view room.

I have booked a room with a king bed. When i arrived they offered me only room with 3 small beds, so lost a time and had to book a room in different hotel. Didn’t get any refund.

When we reached, came to know that hotel is not accepting guests. It is only for Covid Related guests from government.

Everything about our stay at the KMM Hotel was excellant. The room was was faultless, the bed extremely comfortable, the bathroom clean and user friendly. Breakfast gave lots of choice, everything fresh, well presented, and tasty. The view accross Tbilisi to the castle and hills behind, stunning. The staff great, with nothing too much trouble, and very efficient. We enjoyed ouy stay immensely and will certainly be returning in the future.

Great location. Room was spacious and had a great view from Balcony. Close to Metro Reception and staff were very friendly. Decent Breakfast but no change in Menu. Close to all key attractions.
