Pool Ed closed for entertainment and there were NO BLANKETS on the bed. It was freezing in room!

Had a great experience even before we got there. The front desk was very helpful. They have a shuttle transport you around nearby areas very accommodating. Looking forward to coming back to this hotel again.

The Canopy is beautiful! We had a wonderful time! We got off the Brightline train and walked just a few nice blocks to check in. They held our luggage since we were early and we explored City place on bikes for lunch and shopping. When we came back to check in, they had already put our luggage in our room... nice touch. The room was large and clean and super comfortable with a great view of the city. We enjoyed the rooftop pool which has a connected restaurant and bar. The walkway around the pool is narrow, but the seating was adequate. There is a view of the ocean in the distance on one side. The Service was 7 out of 10. I only say that because we had to ask 4 times for pool towels. We ate breakfast in the downstairs restaurant, that is created to be like underground, like under a huge tree, in a cool way. Food was delicious and they had healthy options. We always look for Canopy hotels wherever we travel.

Upon entering the room, we were greeted by a strong, unpleasant odor, and the cleanliness of the toilets left much to be desired. Before we left for dinner, we requested that the receptionist inform housekeeping to attend to the room. However, upon our return, we found that nothing had changed. While the hotel boasts a nice and modern appearance, its maintenance is clearly lacking. Overall, I am quite disappointed.

I had originally booked for 1 week but after 2 days I added a further week because the hotel had everything I needed and the quality was very good. I will definitely stay there again next time I visit WPB.
