Loved my stay at Broad River Inn, clean room and bathroom. Restaurant on site was great and good menu. Free mini golf with stay is a plus.Sites around the area are amazing, Broad River, Chimney Rock, Hickory Nut Gorge Falls, Lake Lure. Several nice gift shops and restaurants nearby. Only wished there was a small menu choice for the free breakfast.

Very quaint vibes! Fantastic views from the balcony and the room was clean and comfortable. All in all an awesome stay, EXCEPT the temperature in our room was unbearably hot. My husband and I didn’t sleep a wink and couldn’t find a way to turn the temperature down. Ironically just before bed we both commented how chilly it was, and both woke up several times in a sweat. The fan helped a bit but it was only circulating the very hot air around the room. Would go back if there was a resolution to not being able to control the room temperature.

Nice place to stay. The owners are very friendly and make you feel welcomed from the very start. The restaurant has good food and drinks as well. My husband and I truly enjoyed our queen jacuzzi room. Will definitely be returning this summer. Highly recommend!!

Enjoyed the stay, the Inn is within waking distance of everything in Chimney Rock. We enjoyed ourselves and had a great time. I’ve included a view from our balcony looking over river.

Best staff and owners you’ll ever come across. This is an old and historic inn. You go back in time and relax. What you will be most surprised about is the food. They make the best pizza we’ve ever had.

I felt at home and very comfortable. The Mini golf course was fun with a great view of the rocky river. All around fun time me and the wife will definitely come back.

Property was older but nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The B&B was very clean, well maintained. Breakfast was good. Close to Chimney Rock State Park. Village has many restaurants and gift shops within walking distance. Path by river behind the shops is a pleasant stroll.

The bath was new and spotless

Property is perfectly situated in town with river and the actual chimney rock right behind it. Innkeepers were both fantastic and had great recommendations for local wineries and activities across the area. Our room (suite#3) had everything needed for a short or long stay and we absolutely loved the view with sounds of montain waters from the private back deck. Lastly, for a low key dinner, we recommend the restaurant on-site. The innkeepers are also opening a bbq place nearby which I’m sure will be awesome but We loved the pizza and the salads actually have real leafy greens.

The Broad River Inn has a great location on the river. You can walk in to Chimney Rock for restaurants, shops and the park entrance. The room was comfortable and the made to order breakfast excellent. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Little amenities were much appreciated. The attached coffee shop had great coffee and snacks.

My husband and I celebrated my 4th of July birthday at the Broad River Inn and thought it might be our favorite getaway so far. We're both in our 70's so that's saying a lot!! The inn is beautiful, clean, comfortable and has the most beautiful view of the river and Chimney Rock that can be found. The free, full, hot breakfast every morning was delicious and our waiter and host, Max, was terrific. He and the entire staff at Broad River Inn are very friendly and helpful. We had a nice, quiet stay and enjoyed our private porch so much. We could look down and see the river and look up and see the chimney with its American flag flying high. We received two free beverages at the coffee shop downstairs and we chose smoothies which were wonderful. The inn takes you back in time to the late 1800's and early 1900's. Yet, it has all the conveniences of modern time. We also enjoyed all the flowers, flowering trees and greenery surrounding the beautiful and peaceful inn.

I was pleased with everything, The staff was very nice and pleasant the breakfast was excellent, but we di not get out room cleaned. I had left the sign on the door for the room to be serviced. Also my husband and I smoke and we had to go outside and sit on the steps to smoke. When I read on the website smoking areas available no such thing. I was not happy about that. But everything was excellant
