this is an older motel so you are not going to get alot of space or amenities. But you will get a good value stay in a clean room that is quiet yet conveniently located on a main road into Dodgeville. New owners have done a nice job to update and still keep the side-of-the-road motel charm.

Clean, small, bed was comfortable. No ice machine, smoking area was right outside of my door, luckily nobody was using it. Good for 1 night’s sleep.

The Pine Ridge Motel might look unassuming from the outside, but the inside was clean, modern, and appeared to have been recently updated. Office staff was very friendly and I had a smooth check-in and an easy check-out experience. The room was quiet despite being not far from a county highway. I would definitely stay here again if I'm looking for lodging close to Dodgeville.

Older rooms with a lot to be remodeled. Loud hammering from building next door with no regard to the time of night. Lost lots of sleep that night with a long drive to complete the next day. The first room we were given needed more time to be prepared. Bug spray still lingering, dirty sheets, bathroom and carpeting. TV, fridge didn’t work found unplugged. We had been given a different room e we other two beds but still room was not cleaned properly and noisey.

The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, the desk clerk was nice.
The smoking station was right outside my window - that was really unpleasant.
There was no hot water in the sink.
The shower stall was crazy slippery, the little shelves did not make good handles. I think the slipperiness was due in part to the very soft water and the lack of tooth on the floor of the shower.
All that said, the room was very clean and comfortable.

The property is easy to find on Google Maps. We arrived after 10:00 PM and were warmly greeted and quickly checked in.

It was very quiet and the mattresses were really comfortable. Coffeemaker in room but no cream or sugar if you care for that. Friendly staff.

Honestly, we have stayed here twice. This is a well maintained and nicely kept motel. For the price, it's great for an overnight stay. The decor is nostalgic and has been tastefully upgraded in the bathrooms. It's close to a great liquor store, gas stations and plenty of great places to eat! We will be back :) We miss the kitty...

Very old but well kept. Everything was adequate and the bed was wonderful. The bed is a foam bed and very comfortable for those of us who have back trouble and are side sleepers. If I ever come back to this location I will most definitely stay at this hotel again. No pool, no ice machine, no food, just plain old style value.
