When we arrived there was no one at the counter, we waited around 10 minutes for someone to arrive, the breakfast was nothing like the photos on the website, everything else was very good.

We're do I start, GREAT BREAKFAST!!!! Are room was quiet and clean, comfortable and safe. People were friendly, nice staff. We loved the pool. I loved our stay. Nice and close to adventure land. We will attend more Hilton hotels. Thanks Hilton.

The hotel was in a convenient location. The front desk staff were very friendly.

Nice hotel- only thing I did not like was the $75 pet fee- I always check pet friendly and this popped up—cost should be indicated in before booking info

The websites says you can check in at three, but I could not. Room had not been cleaned yet. I had a function at 4 so I had to get ready in my car. The desk person said she would check me in and gave me the key to my room. All was supposed to be good for when I got back later. Tried to connect to the internet later that evening. Would not work. Called front desk. That staff person said it wasn't working because I wasn't checked in. Even though at the three o'clock check-in I had shown my ID and they charged my credit card the “incidental fee” and I had been given the key to the room. So I had to get out of my pajamas, get dressed and go down to the front desk and show my ID, again, in order to get connected to the WiFi. It was a frustrating experience.

Convenient for all there is in the area but can hear the traffic from I-80 and all the doors close outside of our room.

The only thing I didn’t like is we had a big trailer and the lady said we couldn’t park when it was busy. Luckily it wasn’t. They need to say they don’t have trailer parking. We always have trailers and that info is needed!
