Wonderful hotel. Entire facility was clean and smelled wonderful throughout! Great staff, bar/restaurant is a nice feature. Continental breakfast was good too. Coffee was great. Quiet location just away from the bustle of Augusta. Great dining in the area too that is walkable. This will be my new Augusta stop now. Great job!

There was a bug in my room and near the codffee station, so the staff accommodated my family accordingly. This is our third time staying in the hotel, but unfortunately, this was the first time I experienced anything like that. The staff is always super friendly. This is the first time that I saw bugs in the room.

Stay was nice. Room was decent. Not the best Hyatt I’ve stayed at. Our room smelled funny like mildew or maybe it had been smoked in before. After using the shower, the smell got stronger. Other then that, we had no issues.

Was there for a reunion, the staff was great, very helpful and pleasant. Only issue i had and some of my colleagues shared was there was no microwaves in the rooms. Everything else was excellent.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Best part of the stay. For the price I paid and the fact the property is on the more expensive side compared to nearby hotels, I expected more. Night and Room 1: There was a moldy smell in the room. When I mentioned to the staff, they just shrugged it off (they know, have heard it before, nothing they can do kinda vibe). Also killed a big ol cockroach aka Waterbug in our room. By the morning, the AC stopped working. They changed my room. As a result, I had to spend my morning packing up so we can change rooms. Room 2: no moldy smell. In both rooms, the bathtub was not draining. Maintenance guy had to unclog a pound of hair for each - gross. I asked for a credit - they did not offer. For my troubles, I was credited only $50 for 1 night. :( Fridge in the rooms were very small and were not very cold. Rooms were not clean meaning: carpets need a better vacuum, mopped floors would be nice, and some dusting would help. Gym closed for first 2 days. Pool water was cloudy. I would not stay there again.
