This hotel is my Palm Springs home away from home. Stunning views and great staff - Christina, LiLi, Karisma, Angel and all the great housekeeping people. My little dog is happy here, too with a real dog park.

Christina the front desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating. The room that we initially given to us we asked to change because there was a party going on with loud music and a lot of young people going in and the room next door to us. The 2nd room smelled musky and was not cleaned as well had seemed like animal hair left on floors the couch was stained looked dirty. At 1:30 AM the person above us just arrived and mad loud noises literally stumping back and forth across the room and slamming things sounding like a bowling ball being dragged across the room. I heard his next door acceptant knock on his door asking him to keep the noise down.. Overall not what we expected .. Again the staff was excellent The rooms need more attending to …

Overnight stay in my way home. The receptionist at check in was great, very friendly. The room had a funny smell but nothing terrible. Otherwise very comfortable accommodations.

Room was nice and hotel clean. A/C unit was very noisy. Woke us up at 2 in the morning. Turned off so we could sleep. Breakfast was good.

Rooms were nice...but first gave us a dirty room...then..no pool towels...then no conditioner in shower..then asked for 1 hour late check out..declined....not the best experience

Angel was my savior on this trip, unlike others I spoke to on phone, he took care of my concerns. I needed a 3pm checkin to be on time for birthday dinner and party and he accommodated me over phone. Prior calls wouldn’t accommodate my reasonable request. So really appreciate him and wanted him to be recognized.

We checked in after the 4pm time and we’re given the card key Tom our bedroom. When we got there , the cleaning lady was in the middle of cleaning the room and she apologized for the mix up and told us that this usually happened when the prior cleaning crew leaves their shift without taking care of their rooms. That she usually worked in the laundry department but was called to Help out. We waited about 10 minutes while she was done cleaning. We thanked her and when we checked out 2 days after, I brought this up to the attention of the manager and she seemed that she did not care.
Another thing, the $10 parking fee seems absurd when you have a huuuuuge parking lot in the middle of the desert, no valet service parking should be completely free.

Very nice stay. Got an early check in and was not disappointed when I got to the room. It was very spacious for a little suite. The pool was perfect for a hot day. Complimentary breakfast was great to wake up to as they offer a buffet style of dining. Overall would rate my stay 10/10.

It was a family vacation, the hotel was accommodating when I needed a blanket, it arrived almost immediately. The food was delicious and the amount was abundant. The staff was very friendly and was also very professional during check in, during our stay and at check out. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that needs a hotel when visiting Palm Springs.

Super close to the air museum for John Summit last week. Wish I knew how to just cross through the golf course if anything the Uber was an hour wait for being just around the corner.
