This was our second time staying at this location. It was comfortable and the staff were great. Highly recommended this hotel if you are staying in the Santa Tecla/ San Salvador area.

really liked the beautiful garden inside and the room beds were spacious. I would improve on the bathroom which was very tight. Also one of the staff wasn't very helpful with an issue we needed help with, but the rest were very friendly and helpful. Closeness to many restaurants and shops is a plus.

Only one old and dirty looking towel. No toilet paper in bathroom. AC unit constantly turned off.

The service and the greeting was good they help me with my luggage that I have three big luggage and a baby . And there was a lot of markets outside that you can walk around and safe I will recommend this hotel

The actitud of the person at the front desk was terrible, the room was dirty and were ants on the walls and floor, a/c stopped working suddenly. Terrible 👎👎👎👎
