A “gentleman” at the reception( could be the owner) has a really bad attitude... was not friendly at all. Long story short, if there’s a will, there’s a way... he clearly is not familiar with that.
Ladies at the breakfast were amazingly kind and friendly. They made us feel like home.

Smell of the water is unbearable(apparently the whole Koscielisko area was suffering from ground water pollution last year and effects are still visible)
Reception is located elsewhere... ask for directions before getting there as the sing with its location is written in Polish.

2 access roads ..even with LR 4wd we got stuck for 1 hour. Neighbour helped... not the hotel..should have been advised which road to take. Then stood in cold as there is no on site check in had to call owner would not come to check us In unless we had cash another 15 minute wait and another phone call . Eventually took card. Totally disinterested welcome.. facilities good and morning staff pleasant. Would never recommend . No appilogies. It is not the guest responsibility to provide basic customer service
