Superb - second time staying, 5 years apart, but hotel and staff have remained at a very high quality during that time

Initially as the hotel were busy we were out in a room in an over capacity block, that simply wasn’t very nice. It smelled, was very noisy as near the staff entrance, and was a long way from the main part of the hotel. We asked to be moved and were offered a sea view room at a low upgrade costs. This room was really amazing! Fantastic view, beautiful facilities and quiet. The hotel itself was very nice. The most amazing breakfast offering, great selection of pools, good food, great staff and good location. Would highly recommend, just make sure you get a sea view room!

I have been to Bali many times and staying here at the Alila was magnificent. Everything was great and we will be coming back.

The property is stunning, the staff are so welcoming and lovely. Our flight was early so we were in the lobby at 4am and waiting for us was two coffees and pastries from breakfast. Highly recommend

Second time in this hotel, we one of many Alila hotels we visited. Still is one of the most beautiful hotels in Seminyak. Great sunsets, perfect pool and good rooms. Must book an ocean view suite. Some extras (afternoon tea, some products at the pool) are no longer complimentary which is a pity for Alila. Seminyak still is good, but many villages nearby are growing on tourism too.

From the drive in to the drive out we encounted nothing but polite friendly people. The rooms are clean, great water pressure (not drinkable of cause but plenty of free bottled water on hand) 3 pools (one being adults only) they have a daily shuttle to take you onto town if you dont feel like walking. Will definitely return

Nice longweekend getaway with my partner. Nice ambience with pool options but deluxe rm is on other building and has no bathtub.

Hotel was beautiful but because a lot of the area was open planned there were no air conditioning around the hotel. My room was 5 minutes away from the lobby and we had to walk outside to get to the lobby. All corridors were open so there were no air conditioning and the heat hits you as soon as you leave your room. They do provide a buggy for you to get to the lobby. I could not fault the staff. They were always so warm and welcoming. They always greeted you with a friendly smile and always happy to help. All in all the hotel was beautiful. The pools were clean and the water clear. It was convenient to get to the shops and restaurants but wished they could have offered the buggy to the restaurants and shops. As a 5 minutes walk to anywhere in the heat is a feat.

Great location Beach view rooms are perfect with bi-fold doors that open your room right up. Choice of 3 pools (2 of which are no kids, so for quiet dip or stay these are perfect) . Cute flying squirrels in the palm trees, nice cocktail list and 24 hour room service. Pool temperature spot on and very refreshing , infinity edge great Service at the pool is phenomenal they are on you and fixing the chairs straight away. Really great service Sea salt restaurant ok. Not amazing but there are so many restaurants around easy walking distance it doesn’t really matter. Breakfast buffet ok. Does the job Try to get the rooms in the main hotel not the ones down the lane way the ambience is totally different in those ones. Main hotel room much better Spa very nice , went twice . Ask for BALIK she’s amazing !
