Just a short distance from the bay, this welcoming apartment lets you experience it all. There's convenient uncovered onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 12-minute walk to El Conquistador Golf Course or the 11-minute walk to Las Cabezas de San Juan Nature Reserve.
After you return, unwind on the furnished balcony/patio and enjoy the outdoor furniture. When you come inside, connect to the free WiFi or get cozy in front of the Smart TV (streaming services available). There's also a smart speaker for your enjoyment.
This vacation rental features air conditioning and blackout drapes/curtains. You can also use the rainfall showerhead, plus other bathroom amenities like towels, shampoo, and soap. This is our second time there. The place was great as before and I highly recommend it.

I wanted to love this place. We were in room two. It was cute and clean. However, the shower had NO water pressure; it came out as a slow drizzle. It also never got hot. After an active day, I really needed a good shower. My other issue was the hard bed.

We stayed one night before leaving for Vieques. This is a very clean place with all the essentials provided. It wasn’t easy to find, but the contact person was very helpful in providing good directions. The bed was a little firm for my taste, but still comfortable. Very, very clean!

I didn’t notice that you had to check in 24 hrs prior, which made the check in process difficult as the owner was on vacation. The property had a parking spot right outside the room. Minutes from the beach and local businesses. Only take away were no sink in the kitchen which made it hard to clean up and regardless of how spotless the owner kept the property we had 3 Jurassic Park sized roaches in our kitchen and bathroom area, which I am assuming is normal but I am ridiculously afraid of bugs 😂

The property is very cozy, organized, beautiful and clean. Quiet area. You can feel the vibe of relaxation and peace. Walkable distance from Seven Seas Beach and different local restaurants/places to eat local food. Communication with the owners on point. Highly recommend this property. Definitely staying again.

Very clean and neat space. Only downside is the front door has screen openings that shows the inside of the home from outside and there is no way of covering up the openings. Anyone standing in front of the door and from the parking area can look at everything happening inside.

This was a last minute booking. I was solo and felt very safe. The room I had was fully and thoughtfully stocked! The details were so nice. I had my own patio. To find this property was another story! I put in two different addresses which neither helped. I called the owner after an hour, of my search . Locals didn’t know the hotel either ! I was over tired and had booked three nights, but ended up only 2 nights. I would return here again for sure. Especially that I know the directions!

Clean safe neighborhood. 2 restaurants in walking distance. Super clean, quaint and comfortable apt. Hot water didn’t get hot it was lukewarm at best but other than that it was a great place. Close to lots of restaurants on the water but by car!!

Very difficult to find for us, but I also forgot to call 24 hours ahead like you’re supposed to. Very friendly owners though. Would stay again.
