Location and staff were nice. Breakfast was wonderful as usual with most hotels in Brazil. Outside the hotel looks nice, but the room was the smallest I have ever stayed and the bathroom minuscule. It seems the room was never maintained since it was built with too many defects too mention. The air-condition system right beside the bed is very noisy, never saw one as noisy inside the room as this one before.

It was adiquate. There was nothing I really disliked, but nothing I thought was amazing either. The room was big and clean. Not sure the electricity box should be in bathroom. But Iwas happy with my stay.

This is not a 4 stars. Breakfast is a mess, they can't catch up with guests, everything was missing from silverware to plates, not to mention food.

They dont clean the room everyday and the room we got had mold in the bathroom. broken furniture in the bedroom to. The breakfast was nice and variated....not worthy the price

The hotel is conveniently located and overall good value for money. They were able to accommodate our family of 3 adults and 2 children in one room. The breakfast was very good. What we did not like was the excessive time it took to check-in - more than 20 minutes!! Also the lighting in the room was poor - no individual lights for the beds.

This hotel does not have Queen/Casal beds. They ONLY have rooms with two twin beds. If you book a double room with a queen bed they simply push the two beds together - which leaves a hole between the mattresses. It is very uncomfortable. I complained several times during my stay but every room is like this and there was nothing they could do except apologize. It is misleading to offer a double room when it is in fact 2 single beds. I chose this hotel over another because the other hotel didn't have a double room available the nights of my stay. Very disappointing.
