Gostamos de tudo. Não há queixas.

Apenas uma observação. Há uma taxa de 100 dólares (ou em moeda equivalente - pesos), que deve ser paga em dinheiro no check-in, para calção. Devolvem no checkout.

Uma excelente vista da cidade de Buenos Aires. Parabéns.

Não gostei muito da estrutura do banheiro a pia era um pouco pequena. E a pressão do chuveiro não era boa.

Eine außergewöhnliche Aussicht

Das Management ist nicht in der Lage, den Raum mit der auf booking gezeigten Aussicht zu garantieren. Wir sollten etwa dreißig Stockwerke tiefer wohnen. Dann wurde uns ein einfacheres Apartment in der richtigen Höhe gegeben. Für die Differenz gab es keinen Ausgleich.

La vista, la atención de la recepción y porteria. Los chicos y chicas han sido muy amables y educados. Muy respetuosos y con un saludo siempre.

Nos ha gustado todo en general, lo que podría sugerir sería que en la ducha se instale unas manijas para salir de la ducha ya que en nuestro caso podemos salir bien pero para un adulto y en general se pueda tener más seguridad al retirarse de la ducha, facilitaría muchísimo y lo volvería más cómodo. Tmb agregaría alguna cortina para evitar la visión desde la torre de oficinas hacía el living. Muchas gracias.

La limpieza la atención me cobraron 60 usd demás que aún no me reintegraron desde el 29 octubre No hay presión de agua, no sale agua caliente. La dirección indicada en booking no es la correcta . No lo podíamos localizar

A bit pricey for what they have -- old, unclean furniture, and towels as worn-out as mops which you have to pay extra for additional towels no matter how long you stay

Location was great.

1. Daily cleaning would have been great. 2. There was no linen for the sofa bed. I enquired with the guy on duty and he simply ignored my Watsapp message. It was cold so I wanted a blanket or something to cover myself with but got nothing. There was just a sheet provided.

The views were, if course fantastic. We had the 35th floor. The room was very nice and clean. Very easy to stay in touch with staff via WhatsApp. In the office on the 23rd floor they were very accommodating.

Location, new facilities, easy check in / out process. Apartment has everything you may need.

Location was great.

The staff had nasty attitudes. They have our checkout date wrong so they locked our key cards and then they got an attitude when they realized their mistake.We booked a 1pm cleaning, they showed up at 3pm. The towels were dirty and falling a part. White towels are no longer white. We booked the 2 bedroom apartments for the kitchen but the cooking items were so old we didn't even cook. The floor was not clean.

I was on the 37th floor with a spectacular view of BA. The location is also fantastic. Lots of restaurants, shops, and markets within a short walking distance. The Teatro Colon is a 5-10 min walk and the Catedral Primada is a 20min walk.

Check-in is confusing and hard to find. In typical Argentina style, there are no instructions or helpful information before you arrive. First, the address on Booking.com isn't accurate. Top Downtown is actually located at Esmeralda 920. Tell the concierge in the lobby you are checking in for Top Downtown otherwise he won't help you or tell you where to go. Next, take the elevator to the 23rd floor and look for the Top Down check in office. The door will be locked, so you must knock or ring the doorbell to alert someone that you are there. They will require that you download their app to your phone in order to use the bluetooth door locks for your room and message them via WhatsApp.

Incredible view from the 33th floor. You can see the sunset. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Big bed.

No sockets next to the bed. Poor water pressure. You have to queue to enter the elevator, takes a lot of time to go up and down.

The view was perfect for pictures that displayed the vibe of the city.

clean studio, very spacious, I had a lower floor studio so no view for me but I only stayed one night so that wasn’t an issue.

needed hair dryer in the morning and couldn’t find one in the room, went up to the reception to ask for one, they didn’t have one either. an inconvenience as it was expected in every hotel or apartment studios.
