I have stayed at other city express and they have been cleaner. The smell in the room was terrible it made me sick. I would never stay at the one in Augascalientes agin.

The area was great, easy access to downtown, shopping centers and more. Staff was great. Hotel was clean and room was clean and had AC excelent wifi and breakfast

Ver clean and staff was always polite and helpful. The room could use a frig. Be aware that there is no place to eat nearby. Uber is very fast there and can get you to a place to eat in no time.

Happy hour weekdays?? No one told us about it. We missed out. The key card kept deactivating. Staff was fabulous.

30 minutes to check-in when only one person was in front of me. After that, an attendant named "Brenda" instead of calling me, she called the guy behind me, someone who came much later than I. That was very rude. Once I got the room, the air conditioning didn't work, called Brenda who was the lobby attendant, and nobody answered, called 3 times and nothing. Had to go in person to complaint about the air conditioning, they say they will send someone, 2 hours later, nobody came, called again, no answer, go to lobby again, said the same thing about sending someone from maintenance. This time a maintenance guy came and looked at the air controls, and that was it, 2 more hours later and no fix nothing. Had to go again and told them if they don't care about the air conditioning to give me another room. Had to wait and wait and wait until finally another lady came in and Brenda went home. The new lady was a little bit better and she finally gave me another room. I had to spend 5 hours to get a resolution to this, and nobody seems to care in this place. The service is horrible. Never again will stay in this place. And that Brenda, never seen any hotel attendant like her before, worst ever.

I have stayed at this hotel very many times to keep count but ,this last time my stay was not like always I don't know if they changed management or what happened but I was treated very poorly one lady at the service desk had attitude and bothered me and my daughter for little things not happy on my 10 day stay this time

Polite staff, clean overall, nice parking lot, not far from city center. The only thing I did not like was the sink faucet flow, spray flow not suitable gor a sink and pressure too high, a lot of water splashes.
