Nice cosy apartment with one of the smallest shower cubicle I’ve ever seen. This apartment suits guests who would like to prepare their own food and long stay etc. Not for a business traveller who is in and out. I will stick to my hotels where I can pick up the phone and make various requests etc.

Loved the stay here. Very central and yet quiet area. Apartment was clean, fully equipped, spacious, no complaints at all. Very good price for an August stay. Fully recommend.

On first glance it was fine. But everything seemed broken. The TV was super old and we could not get it to work with the two remotes provided. It was so hot I couldn't sleep. The balcony door was so hard to close, only my husband could do it and I am pretty strong. The toilet flusher was broken. We complained many times but nothing was done. We actually left a day early and paid for another room because I was so miserable.

The office never called us that the key was available at check in early, although they promised that they would. It became available early but we had no idea. Otherwise, location was good, near a refugee or ethnic area which we did not mind, felt safe. To get into the city center you must cross a nice looking bridge, which requires climbing steep stairs (not for old people).

Very clean nice property. Plenty of space for my family of 5. The neighborhood is quiet and there was a grocery store right around the corner as well as multiple restaurants. The train and bus stops were close by making our stay seamless. We highly recommend if you are visiting Oslo with kids or a group of friends.

Extremely convenient location! Easy access to public transportation and restaurants, and anything in Oslo.short walk to train station.

Just a soulless business appartment in a bad area of town, definitely no place one would like to spend their holidays. Communication upfront was poor (just automatic standard replies), the TV was not working.

Will never stay here again and do not recommend. Booked what we thought was a nice apartment from the photos but when we got there looked nothing like the photos - false advertisement at its finest in our opinion. Had to get the keys from a different location than the apartment itself. Did not feel safe in the apartment with our child and left within 10 minutes and asked for a refund, the receptionist said that would be impossible since the managers had left for the day but obviously did not pass on the message since we have still not heard from them. I have never been as disappointed in a booking in my life.

Shoddy furniture - huge sag in couch cushions; shower door has 1" gap thereby wetting entire floor, A bathmat should be provided event though the entire bathroom was flooded due to shower door gap. Shower drain is a hazard as it flips up out of position. instructions on how to work TV. Should provide minimum of everyday items - such as a roll of paper towels, a coffee filter, small salt/pepper.

Good location and surroundings. The shower was inadequate, water kept leaking on the ground causing everything on the floor to get wet. There were no scissors, kitchenware was subpar, no soap etc.
