There was not a single towel in my room, they changed my room instead of sending me towels, the second room had no towels either, only on the third day they sent a towel that was in a bad shape.by the way I heard other guests complain about the same problem at the front desk.

The staff were great, the hotel is fairly worn down and I think it might just look dirty because of that.

They ask you to pay city taxes numerous times on your stay even though it has already been paid on your invoice, staff stole my Dior perfume. Keep all your valuable items with you at all times.

My room was excellent. Big window and comfortable bed. Shower was great. Only issue was outside the hotel. A lot of yelling and fighting going on throughout the night, but not the hotels issue.
Everything is very walkable from the hitel. Staff very friendly

The hotel was clean but shame it is dated and does not look the best. The air con and fridge in our room did not work and no remote for the dated tv.
The pictures on the website are quite old!
Breakfast was ok but I would have rather gone out if I knew what what was on offer before. Basic is an understatement in a horrible settle.
Location was fab. Tram stop just around the corner so everywhere easily accessible.

Our experience at Hotel Imperial Casablanca was beyond disappointing. Despite booking and receiving confirmation, upon arrival, we were informed that there were no available rooms. We were left waiting for hours and we’re told it’s not their problem. The inconvenience and mismanagement of reservations were utterly frustrating, making our stay in Casablanca start on a sour note. I would strongly advise against relying on this hotel for any travel plans.

Staffs are great.
The machine charge card reader did not work for 3 days,we stopped by 4 times before it worked. Wasted time.

Shower head not good, water dribbled out. Could hang shower on wall. Nowhere to put stuff, shower floor very limescaled.

Very walkable to see the real Casablanca- watch for scams they are everywhere- even the hotel staff. This room has min amenities a bed and shower no working air. The maid however was very kind and accommodating

The property need to be rehabilitated, it is a nice hotel but old. The Staff have been very kind and helpful especially the lady at the reception she was very professional with a strong customer service skill

It was very bad experience. It was deluxe double room, however it was terrible that when I went to room AC wasn’t working and room temperature was boiling and when I asked the reception desk they said some work going on and couldn’t do anything. If they already had that issue then inform. And I wasn’t do anything bcoz not feeling well and had long journey then I had to open the windows but couldn’t normal till morning and then I just checked out.

The stay was terrible. I was planning to stay for a week. But I had to leave. No towels available. When I asked for towels they brought a durty one. And no toilettes papers available. And they took city taxes twice from me.

One week staying there was only supportable, because we were upgraded on the second day to a suite due to my complaints. Breakfast is uneatable.The place is falling to pieces, noisy and in a trashy part of down town. Good rating for the front desk and parking staff, they were very friendly and helpful.
