The room was very clean and comfortable. The service at the front desk was top notch. Very helpful, friendly, and professional. Will definitely look into going to aloft hotel in the future.

This is by far, the worst experience we have ever experienced. This was for my husband and I, along with my handicapped mom and our son. We were "upgraded"to a suite that was not handicap accessible. But was told we could take her into another room down the hall for her to be able to use the shower. As she was using the shower, the entire bathroom was flooding. (I'm assuming from clogged plumbing. )So, I had to get extra towels from our room to take care of that before I was able to get my mom out of the shower. We forgot her clothes in our room since I had to lug all of her shower items over, so i thought I would run back to our room and get them. In the process, the door locked. (Housekeeping had opend the room for us, so we were not given a key.) Immediately called the front desk and they would send someone to unlock the door. 50 minutes later!! Meanwhile, my handicapped mother was inside the locked room, without any clothes on, unable to do anything! Our hot water in our room took over 5 miutes to get hot. And by hot, i mean, barely lukewarm when turned all the way to hot. And only lasted a few min before it turned cold again. There was no nonslip strips and floors and shower were very slippery. Water leak caused the water to be shut off in the entire hotel. My husband saw a Man masturbating in parking lot and was harassed by a homeless man several times. There is no more characters left to describe any more details of this horrible experience. Never again

Room was nice and clean but there was no hot water for showers, the room was hot at night, woke up at 7am because the halls where being vacuumed, cleaning ladies knocking on our door at 9am when checkout isn’t until noon.

Paper thin walls and can hear everything from the room next door and the hallway. Also, no good breakfast at this location. Only one small coffee shop with limited pastries to choose from within walking distance.

Our first room smelled like smoke, second room was ok but carpet was very dirty and sticky.

Very pleasant and enjoyable experience

The place was to noisy and the AC did not work very well it was very hot . Not a lot of choices for breakfast. Room hotel was messy had trash on the ground.

I booked this hotel online because they had really good ratings, a beautiful pool area & it was close to an event I was in town for. As soon as I went in to check in, I told the lady at the desk how good it smelled. Didn’t get an answer so I was like ok.. Find out the pool is closed for maintenance but it might be opened the following morning. I asked about cancelling the next night if the pool wasn’t going to be opened. She told me to get ahold of Expedia. Long story short since I can only use so many characters, the first room had blood stains on the bed sheets. We get moved to a room where the air doesn’t work at all. After going back & forth we get a personal fan & a big box air thing that doesn’t really help. The pool was closed & many people that I talked to were not happy & they said their rooms were so hot they were leaving for the day to be somewhere cooler. Don’t waste your $. It’s a pretty place but the hotel is so hot & their workers are pretty rude. But I did ask the second night if we could get free breakfast since the pool was closed & a lady gave us $10 credits towards Bfast. Will never book here again! Regret it.

The hotel was nice & conveniently located in Bricktown. Disappointed in the breakfast menu as we prepaid $14 for breakfast. Expecting more than a microwave breakfast sandwich & burrito.

When we checked in, we were also told that we had to pay 20 dollars for parking. All and out our stay was very uncomfortable, and we were very upset. Property was fine but the bar wasn’t open during it hours of operations during our stay. The staff at the front counter was not friendly and down right rude. Someone different everytime but same bad attitude.

I love this place. I always stay here when I visit OKC

It was all great but the only thing was I was charged extra to use their parking garage. You would think that was included with the room.
