Staff were fine and accommodated our later than expected arrival. However when it came to questions and checking out they were on the slow side. Also not clear as the hotel state all rooms include breakfast and yet with hotels.com this is not the case

It is a fab hotel, staff are brilliant and food is lovely

It was a brilliant stay, despite a request being forgotten about BUT very quickly rectified. The staff where very freindly and polite, couldn't ask for much more from them. The food.....well, at first the prices did look a little steep, BUT the portion sizes and quality quickly changed my mind. There are a couple of areas, not many that could do with a little love. I would most definitely recommend a stay here and i would definitely book to stay again

Lovely location very quiet staff very friendly rooms and hotel very clean . The food is excellent visited hotel twice love it . All the rooms have shampoo shower caps soap and tea and coffee in room

The floor above us was noisy and all you could hear was someone walking around till past midnight. Not good when up early to go out Cycling Coast to Coast. Hotel is very tired and had an old musky smell, needs upgrading really..

Hotel was excellent, staff friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was excellent no complaints. Would highly recommend.

This is not a high class hotel but certainly offers excellent value for money, it is clean and the food is excellent. It’s position is excellent for the beach.
