Great hotel in good location next to amazing city park. Walkable to all central sites. Also walkable to train station. Great facilities and helpful staff. Good option when visiting this wonderful provincial capital.

Chose this hotel as short walk from train station. The hotel was very clean with comfy bed and lovely shower. Staff on reception very helpful. This was my first visit to Valladolid and it was a pleasant surprise with a lovely park opposite the hotel and a 5 minute walk into the beautiful city centre. The Plaza Mayor is fantastic and I would say second only to the one in Salamanca. Lots of history in the city and if I was visiting again would be happy to stay here.

The Room it’s a dream!, the Bed so comfortable, Bathroom clean and very roomy, nice living room, it has a secret kitchen attached to the walls! In general the best Hotel so far at affordable price!!

It is not a 4 star hotel. Had to squeeze through the front door entrance because they use the entrance as a storage for the outdoor portion of their restaurant. Felt like you were entering the back of a restaurant or a college dorm restaurant. It has some cleanliness issues. It’s a fairly new hotel and yet Maintainance issues have sadly not been taken care of.
Everything from non existent WiFi to the yellowing towels made this feel like a motel. Unfortunate

Excellent location with a view to the park and Cristobal Colon monument. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. We appreciated Sergio's help (muy amable siempre). On the afternoon we arrived, we were greeted outside the entrance by a most cheerful staff. They were preparing complimentary mojitos with a shot of coffee. That was an un expected and delicious treat. Thank you!!
