Hands down, the staff is what is unique and what I liked the most about this hotel! From Ahmed who checked us in, to Abdul who helped us to our room, right from the beginning at check-in, we knew we were in good hands. The evening of our second day, we wanted recommendations of nearby restaurants. The Bell Captain and his crew patiently fielded our questions. recommended several restaurants, and gave us useful information on distances, cuisine types, etc. While I do not remember the names of the captain and most of his staff who were helpful throughout our stay, I remember Mohamed Imran. He, like the others, was professional and courteous. Breakfast was very good! Good selections in the buffet.

Aloft is my go to place for a room when in Riyadh - the staff are super nice, the facility is clean and reasonably priced. Good cafe and restaurant down on the ground floor and it is very conveniently located.

No complaints, friendly staff, good amenities, clean rooms, stable & fast (FOC) wifi, good size room with king bed & fairly large bathroom. Only minor thing is water pressure can be tad too hot even when at low hot pressure (not many pax will appreciate this, its fine for me)

Pricing can be tad expensive, maybe its seasonable

The service at front desk was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable and modern but the pillows are horrible it’s like made out of like a thick plastic material. The wifi barely worked, the room service also barely had any options.
