The water in room was freezing cold after 1 shower.
The room did not get cleaned either day we were there.
The pool says indoor heated pool, it was freezing cold.

Excellent shower 👍. Fridge, microwave, king room with sofa was great. Breakfast is good. Right near whole foods, in and out, and a large outdoor mall/plaza with many good options.

The only issue we had was the remote didn’t work. But if that’s the only issue O call it a win! The staff was amazing! It was super clean. And the beds were so comfortable!

The property was clean and the staff were kind and efficient. The beds were comfortable and the showers were a decent size.

Management didn’t response to swampy carpet floor at the 2nd floor ice maker machine. It was swampy( the carpet so soaked) until the third day (our checked out day). Breakfast food selection is rated D. Waffle maker is broken for two days.

Organized, clean and comfortable a great place to stay on the gateway to the gold country. Lots of amenities close by including costco gas. Friendly helpful staff.

The staff at this property were very friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Folsom area. It’s a good area to take a nice walk to the shops and has a beautiful view of houses.

The staff were always very pleasant and helpful. Very quiet. The bedside lamps had plugs built in for our chargers. I would definitely stay there again. Lots of dining and shopping options close by.
