This is my second time staying here and won’t be the last! Definitely a feel good hotel from the large opulent rooms to the spa area. Breakfast buffet is top notch, with so many options on offer. Make sure to get the ‘Matterhorn view’ room. One thing to note is that none of the rooms are air conditioned. Not a criticism but something to keep in mind. We had a bit of a heat spell when we were there requiring the windows to be left opened at night. Definitely a highlight stay after completing the Haute Route track.

Absolutely lovely hotel. It’s perched up on a hill with amazing views over the town and the Swiss Alps. You have a spectacular views of the Matterhorn. Enjoyed dining in the lounge one evening went to visit the Spa facilities. My only complaint here was the Jacuzzis weren’t very warm. Otherwise, the room was absolutely gorgeous, very comfortable and luxurious hotel staff was a pleasure to work with

Amazing property. The Grill served my family the best
meal we enjoyed during our two weeks in Europe. Kudos to Kim, our server, who was professional and knowledgeable. Our Matterhorn suite was fabulous and large enough for my family - including two teenaged girls. Loved it and will gladly refer friends.

This hotel was truly a Luxury First-Class Resort! Not only did they serve little pastries every night in my room, but they also provided a jar of special nuts, which were delicious. The dining was also outstanding and with a view of the Matterhorn, my stay here, it was truly the best in Switzerland!
The Executive Assistant Manager, Pietro Flacca, and the concierges (I think her name was Anja), was outstanding. From the moment I was picked up at the train station, this hotel made me feel very special! Thanks for an unforgettable vacation! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Zermatt!

Excellent Hotel to stay at Zermatt. Call the hotel ahead and let them know when you are arriving - they will send a local Alpine Taxi to fetch you from the train station to the Hotel. Friendly helpful staff - Reception, Concierge, Restaurant, Cleaner, etc. Beautiful room with a beautiful view. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Big comfortable bed. Great shower with more than enough hot water. Thick fluffy towels.Great restaurant - The Grill - excellent Steak.

Beautiful peaceful hotel. Loved our room with a view of the Matterhorn. Great service in the restaurant, bar and reception. Really enjoyed the massage I got in the spa. I would definitely come back.
