If you are planning a family vacation - this is NOT the hotel for you.
From seeing photos and reading reviews of the property we thought we found the perfect spot for our family vacation but we were wrong - the lobby smells like a huge cigarette, there are many weird limitations such as you can’t order Wolt/food to the hotel nor bring it to the pool, you are not allowed to bring children under the age of 12 to the indoor pool from 12PM, thirsty? I suggest you drink some tap water or buy a small water bottle for 2.5€. In addition, in order to get to the breakfast you need to go through the Casino.
In addition there are some “VIP” areas in the pool which are closed to the normal audience for some reason (there were no signs indicates that these are “special” areas).
The good side is that the Hotel is really nice and the rooms were really great;the breakfast were also great, and the mall is very close so you can walk for a 10 minutes or so and play bowling since the hotel doesn’t have any attractions at all except the casino and the adventure park.

The service was bad. The food on the restaurant was very low culinary. The hotel was full for therefore not enough food on breakfast. There is jo shuttle to the beach only on the weekend .

Don’t even serve water for incoming guests and don’t let you bring your own snacks and drinks to the pool so you will have to buy.

Everything was perfect except for the kids adventure park was half closed due to staff training knowing that its high season and stayed 1 night , kids couldn’t enjoy…
Also not enough space for parents to sit while waiting fot the kids.

The property is hospitable especially nermine
But the services ordered via phone ( guest service ) are terrible !!! They never got any order right
And they never answered our requests

Really good hotel, everything was great.
But when we asked for our perks like room upgrade and later leave because our flight was on night we didn’t get it and the hotel was not full.

Nice property. Clean and quality furnishings. Could do with more non gambling activities e.g only one bar and two restaurants available (one of which was closed on Monday). Also a bit remote for those without a car

Hotel was superb. Was woken up this morning at 5am by rowdy guests who were screaming, fighting, slamming doors, for about 45 minutes. Not happy about this.

Great room, excellent food and very good customer service. The spa was a real disappointment. Booked a treatment and they were running late. No prior warning and they weren't sure how late it would be. I ended up having to cancel which was a real shame after such a positive stay.

Great hotel, has potential. Service in the Amber Dragon was excellent so was the food.
Bed very comfortable.
Little things that could be improved plug sockets in room, some were covered up by very heavy furniture. The only bin in the room was in the bathroom!
