The rooms are too old, they haven’t invested anything in them. The hotel’s attention to the guests is not the best; they only offer bottle of waters as courtesy on the day you arrive but not for the rest of your stay, same with coffee. It is not worth the cost! Too expensive for what it is.

The hotel is a full relax place, wherever you go it’s beautiful and has a comfortable areas. I’m glad I picked the right one.

The bathroom in the rooms were very dangerous, entering and leaving the bathtub for showering was highly risky since there was one handrail only. There were no rooms with showers only and no tubs.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the room was clean, spacious and the beds comfortable, hot showers, great playground for the kids, jacuzzi by the swimming pool, and delicious food and pisco sours at the restaurant.

Beautiful property and pool! Enjoyed the breakfast, welcome drinks and water/refreshments in the lobby. The room and hallways were a little dark, but the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Nice property, wonderful breakfast. The one thing we did not like was the shower. It is open on one end so cold air came in, water temperature was inconsistent and there was a puddle of water on the bathroom floor by the time we were done so we stood in a puddle of water to use the toilet. Seals on the door were bad. That is the one thing that would keep me from returning to this hotel.

It was absolutely incredible. Jorge, Edith and the rest of the staff did everything they could to give us the feeling of being very welcome at all times. We were allowed to leave our luggage during a one night hike, got lunchboxes, could check in very early and and and.. everyone was friendly and the pool and gym are great! Location is a big plus as well and the rooms are spacious. We cannot thank everyone enough!!!

Amazing hotel and staff. Beautiful grounds just steps away from the main streets. You can walk everywhere and come back to a retreat with a tortoise and alpacas on the ground

I liked the location and the great green areas within the hotel property. I did not like their shower system in the bathrooms. I did not like the refusal to accept my pet dog because her weight was over 15 Kg.

Great place to stay! It’s not in the city center, but you can get easy transportation and it’s only 10 minutes away.
Perfect for families, lots of green areas and great food at the restaurant.

Great staff!
Sauna was broken for all of the 6days which was sad but still we understand.
Staff did go into our room unannounced with do not disturb sign on the door so that was not comforting.
Breakfast is fantastic
Pool is chilly but beautiful to relax around
The gym was nice to have!

Square and all of Arequipa restaurants are under a 20min walk which is nice and lots to see! Easy to cab around if needed but walking is faster because of traffic!

This property is well maintained and very secure. We were able to walk to and from the main plaza every day. The breakfast buffet was terrific! I love old world feel of the property. I have never been to a hotel that locks up at night so this was a first for me. I will be going back! 10/10

Well we get there. The air conditioning is broken in the room and they knew it was. Then we have to change our suitcases and go to another room. Then we tried to use the hot tub. It was never hot then I Go to the front desk and pay the bill in the morning. I get going to get my taxi and they're coming after me asking me for 20 vsoyoe
