The house was very clean and well equipped. Attention to details to enhance our experience included the benefit of a nice wagon, beach chairs, cornhole set with outdoor lighting to play after sundown and accompanying , outdoor stereo speaker system. We have been vacationing in the greater area since 1989, and specifically OIB in the Private Drive neighborhood for the past nine years. This house is clearly the best out of the four homes we have rented during that time. Two sets of bunk beds for our grand girls and a large bathroom for the grandson 2 yr old pack-n-play to sleep undisturbed really helped. The layout was great, attention to detail was evident in how the house was furnished including the kitchen and six bar stools. The grounds and building looked professionally kept up too. Will definitely want to rent again next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ocean Isle Beach. This home is very spacious, clean, and just a very short walk to the pool and beach. Not only is the house very clean and well taken care of, but there is an array of bonuses provided like beach chairs, coolers, wagons, corn hole, horse shoes, outside play area in the backyard, board games, movies, and much more. We really liked the outdoor deck seating for meals and having a personal bathroom in every bedroom. We hope to go back in the near future.

Exactly as advertised...beautiful home with everything needed to make yourself at home, inside and outside! Grandkids loved the backyard and the “cars”, while our adult children enjoyed horseshoes, corn hole and hanging outside around the picnic table. Perfect neighborhood for morning or evening walks with wagons full of kids! Five bedrooms and five baths gave everyone the space they needed. The well stocked kitchen made eating in hassle-free. We loved our 7-night stay, only problem...it went by too fast!

The best stocked kitchen ever!! It was great having a bathroom in each bedroom . There was plenty of seating areas in kitchen and at the bar . Living room was very comfortable . Short walk to the beach . Rich was very quick to respond if we had a question or problem . We would definitely stay there again .

This house is everything that is seen in the photos. It is very clean and awesome to entertain families. Loved this house, very close to beach very quiet street. We had a great time.

We have stayed at the Red House for the past 3 years because we have enjoyed the location and the home. The house is comfortable and has everything that is needed for a great vacation. The owner is very accommodating and calls to make sure everything is satisfactory. We highly recommend this home.

We enjoyed our stay very much. This was half of our group's first time to OIB, and everyone loved it! I was pleasantly surprised how soundproof the bedrooms were; this was such a benefit since we had a couple little ones who went to bed early. The supplied wagon made trips to the beach so much easier. The guys enjoyed playing horseshoes pretty much every night, and the owners really do a fantastic job with all the little details (plenty of games, books, movies, kitchen supplies, etc.) We would love to stay here again if we can get our large group back together.

The was the most Accommodating place i’ve ever stayed at! The owners were very kind and so easy to communicate with the entire process of finding and booking a rental house. Our family had an amazing time!

Our vacation in this home was wonderful. We took our children and grandchildren there for some quality family time. Since one of my sons lives inCalifornia it was great for all of our children and their children to all be together. The house felt like home from the minute we walked in. It had plenty of room for four families and we enjoyed the outside yard and the front porch. And the beach was wonderful! I would recommend this home to anyone who wants to have a great beach vacation!

We were very pleased with the house. It was well laid out, and had everything we needed. There were no surprises based on what we saw in the online descriptions. The owner was open to communication and always responded promptly.

This house was perfect for our family of 8 adults & 5 adolescents. The bedrooms are lovely & spacious with en-suite bathrooms except one, so lots of privacy. Great kitchen fully equipped with everything you could possibly want. Eating & living areas are roomy & very comfortable. We are beach people and the short walk to the public access is very easy. The community pool is also very close. It does get a bit crowded as it is quite small but that was not our main attraction. After a day at the beach you can still hear the ocean while relaxing in the comfortable Adirondack chairs on the spacious porch. The owner was readily available for any questions we had (we had no serious concerns) & wanted to be sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable & pleasant vacation. I highly recommend this beautiful home & we most certainly would rent it again.
