Unit Features:
The brand new kitchen is beautiful! White wood cabinets are complemented with granite countertops. A floor to ceiling pantry will hold all of your grocery items and more! The updated kitchen comes equipped with double stainless steel sink w/disposal, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and is fully stocked with small appliances and cookware. The Magnolia farm table seats 10- perfect for playing games and dining together.The living/dining room combination is themed in neutral decor with leather furniture perfect for cozy vacation living. Complete with big screen plasma TV and plenty of seating for family gatherings, you will feel right at home in this amazing unit! Bring the outdoors indoors with your double disappearing sliding glass doors that open to your private oceanfront patio with dining for 6 and 2 rocking chairs.
Bed/Bath:
The Master bedroom features a king size Magnolia bed and master bath with over sized walk-in shower, wrap around mirrors, separate dressing area and large walk-in closet. You will enjoy the sound of the ocean from your master bedroom that sits gulf side and opens to your private patio. The first guest bedroom provides 2 queen size Magnolia beds, plenty of dresser drawer space and a large walk-in closet. The second guest bedroom provides another Queen bed and a large closet. All bedrooms have TVs. The beautiful guest bathroom is centrally located and provides a tub/shower unit , double sinks and lots of drawer space! This unit comes complete with an in-suite laundry room with washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and all linens.

One assigned space under the building comes with the condo. Visitor parking is available in the outside lot on a first come, first serve basis.

This unit was very clean and well laid out. I like that the kitchen was opened up by moving the part of the cabinets that nornaly stuck out to against the wall. Makes ot feel more open and larger. Lots of games and beach items in unit. Only recomendation would be room darkening curtains in the back bedrooms as they halway lights outside the rooms are very bright.

My family & I enjoyed staying here. We basically were out on the balcony every moment that we weren’t out at the pool or on the beach. The condo was very clean, spacious, & had all the conveniences of home.

Our family enjoyed our condo so much. The patio deck was a awesome looking out at the ocean and watching the sunsets. I liked how it wasn't so crowded on the beach for us. The condo was set up just right for us 6 adults. The location is perfect and easy to get around to different places-like John's Pass, St Petes, played mini golf just down the road from us. Restaurants were walking distance from us. I would love to stay here again. They keep the grounds and pool area very clean also.

Overall the property was great. The balcony was large with a perfect ocean view. The beds were extremely comfortable as well as the furniture. The only complaints I have are pretty minor and keep in mind I did not contact anyone regarding this so it might have been taken care of, if I would have just inquired. There were extra pillows in the closets, which was wonderful but no extra pillow cases. Also there were only 2 bath towels in our bathroom and 2 in the other bathroom. I found it a little odd that no extra towels were provided, especially since we stayed for 3 weeks. Three of our children visited and my son had to use a beach towel as his bath towel. Again, I don't consider this major. Loved the location and we will come back again next year.

We loved our stay at Seaview 303! This condo was well-appointed with upscale furnishings, well-stocked kitchen and baths, and lots of beach chairs and other beach gear. Super clean and beautifully maintained condo, building, pool, and grounds. Our unit was 3rd floor, center of complex, with a fantastic view of the ocean and the spectacular sunsets!
Within walking distance of several restaurants and only a 5 min drive to John's Pass, a boardwalk area with shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Our host, Theresa, was very helpful and super informative and accommodating. We wouldn't hesitate to make this our home-away-from-home the next time we visit Florida's gulf coast beaches!

My family of 4 and my sister stayed in the condo for one week. It was very clean and nice. The views are amazing and walk out to beach is perfect. We’ve stayed at Seaview many times and always come back.

Had a great time with 4 adults and one 2.5 year old. Loved close the pool was to the beach. All of the passcodes to get into each door was a little annoying, but no a huge deal. We understand why they are there. Pool was cleaned every single morning which was great to see. Very family friendly. Loved that there was beach chairs/umbrellas available.

This is our second year with this condo. It is beautiful, the balcony is spacious and maintenance guys are awesome. We brought 6 floaties with us, but forgot an air pump. Jeff saved the day and inflated all 6 for us in just a few minutes.

The condo was very nice. The owner was easy to communicate with. The other guests in the building we so nice. The beach and the area around was nice. It truly was the best vacation spot for family time and a very relaxing environment. We couldn't have asked for better. Just a short way down the road was John's pass which had shops and food and ice cream. Truly would give more than 5 stars if i could.

The condo was amazing & super clean!!! The views were perfect we watched dolphins everyday. Across the street were 2 great places to eat with excellent food & nice people. We will be back for sure I would not change a thing plus our hostess was great answered all questions I had. If you are looking for a great place to stay all around this is it. Thank you all for what you do!!!

My family loved the property and the owner communicated right away when the elevator was out. It was fixed in a few days so no big deal.

We were very happy with this condo right on the beach. Everything was very clean and as described. Well stocked kitchen, nice washer and dryer, plenty of pillows and bedding, etc. We had one issue but the host took care of it. We would highly recommend this condo for someone else!!

The Condo was very nice. It was beautiful very clean when we arrived. It was well stock with supplies toilet paper, soap, just about everything we needed. Walking distance to several eating places.

Loved all of it. The location was great, the size of the condo was perfect for our family of 8. Loved the furnishings, coffee on the balcony in the rockers was a great start to the day. The beach was never busy, always had a spot. Nice short walk to Caddy's (wished we went more than once). John's Pass is a short drive or nice walk, maybe a little over a mile. Theresa was great to work with and always responsive.

The property was clean and had all the kitchen supplies we needed. There were pool and beach toys, as well as beach chairs. The view was incredible. We did have a 1 year old with us, so a pack and play would have been nice to have…but we made it work!

This wonderful condo unit is right on the beach and is easily accessible to all kinds of entertainment and shopping! The condo itself is wonderfully clean and stocked! The people who are in charge of maintenance in the office and the grounds do a fantastic job! Working with Theresa is a dream!

We had an amazing stay at the condo. Very clean with plenty of towels and beach stuff. We loved that the table was large enough for all of us to sit around for meals and games. The description for the 3rd bedroom needs updated, instead of a bunk it has a very comfy queen bed. Both indoor and outdoor amenities were fantastic. Can't wait to return!

Condo was just as described. Had six adults with us for a geat week at the beach. Condo is very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Very responsive owner and property manager. We rent in this complex multiple times per year and will definately rent this condo again!

This is a beautiful property. We would definitely stay at this property again. We had 5 people in our party. There was plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable. The views of the ocean were magnificent. We sat on the deck every morning and night. It was a very clean property.
There were restaurants right across the road. It is very close to John's Pass.

Condo was more than expected great view of the gulf from 3rd floor huge balcony. Short drive to very good restaurants & grocery stores. Johns Pass was within 2 miles with variety of things to see & do. The condos floor plan was very convenient with very comfortable sofa & chairs & pool area kept very clean with plenty of longe chairs. Owner was available anytime & responded to any questions promptly.

We will definitely be staying here again. Everything was beautiful. The condo was very clean and had everything you could think of. You just need to bring your clothes. It was so nice to be able to sit on the balcony and look at the beach. Also, having the pool right next to the beach is a huge plus!!!

The condo was beautiful and very very clean. One of the best stocked condos we have stayed in, towels, chairs, large canopy, beach toys! Communication was great. Well stocked hygiene products, paper towels, trash bags, bar soap, laundry tabs. Easy parking for one car. Plenty of space and close to plenty of eating places.
