The ground level is all about fun. Two garage doors open to reveal the huge, finished patio featuring a private hot tub with Gulf views, an enclosed outdoor shower, and a charcoal BBQ grill. There’s also an outdoor bar with seating plus a TV & refrigerator, as well as assorted yard games and beach gear. The fenced side yard lets the little ones stretch their legs and is great for rinsing off your beach equipment after a day in the sand & surf.
Climb the stairs or take the elevator up to the main level and you'll be welcomed by a contemporary interior with plenty of room for everyone. The living room boasts a TV, plenty of comfortable seating options, and long Gulf views. The kitchen is a chef's dream with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large kitchen island, breakfast bar seating for 4, 2 dishwashers, a side-by-side refrigerator and freezer, and a coffee bar. The dining area features a table that seats all 16 guests and offers stunning Gulf views.
