We had a wonderful stay. The staff was great. Will definitely stay again

Check in was great. New hotel and clean.
Both rooms next to us were easy to hear through the walls. Family with child on one side and argue couple on the other.
Some how went right to sleep and they woke us at 8 or so.
Found one item as we were leaving a light fixture above the tub hanging down with wires showing. Yep we used the shower.
No road noise on our end of the hotel.

1. Friendly and helpful staff
2. Room and hallways very clean
3. Kitchen very well equipped
4. Bathroom spacious with many grab bars, as needed in a handicapped room; however, see CONS #5 below.
CONS:
1. No luggage racks
2. Only one chair for two people
3. There was no table/counter-space where one could eat food, prepared in the kitchen or brought into the room. Also see CONS #2 above.
4. Dressing mirror was behind the bed and thus was not useful. The mirror should be placed on the back of the bathroom door.
5. For a handicapped person a bathtub can be dangerous. A handicapped room should have a walk-in-shower where the entrance is level with the bathroom floor.

It was clean because it is new. It was convenient to Northcutt field. No continental breakfast and they only had 1 ice machine in the entire place.

We were stayed Monday thru Thursday nights because of Milton at our home in Florida. We had to add extra time because of the storm. Alfreda at the front desk and Jasmine, the manager, were EXTREMELY helpful and accommodating. The room met our needs for an extended stay perfectly. Thank you.

Overall, the stay was good. The bed was not so great. Was a little lumpy.

The staff at check in was extremely rude. I was shocked. The bathroom shower had no soap Shampoo or conditioner. The bottles were empty. There was an ant on the pillow in the middle of the night.
The check out lady the next day was very kind. I shared the problems with her and she was apologetic.
I would not recommend this hotel.

This is a fairly new property, the kitchenette is fully equipped with an apt. size refrigerator, a stove top, microwave, toaster, dishes and utensils. Bed was super comfortable and linens and towels of good quality. There are some restaurants nearby and shopping plaza down the road. There is an outside patio with new grills. It was a comfortable stay and the staff was very attentive.
