Very noisy from street noise. Sound proof very poor. Can't sleep due to the noise. Bathroom water can't away. Breakfast is poor and crowded. Near airport and free minibar are great though.

We’ve stayed here a number of times. This is the first time we’ve had a couple of substantial disappointments. Check-in was time consuming & messy—not because of ghe nice lady who eventually checked us in, but because the other staffers allowed two parties who showed up after us to cut in line & get fully taken care of ahead of us. It was a clear case of improperly trained staff who—due to lack of attention—reward rude, pushy customers and penalize more polite customers. The managers could see this if review the CCTV. Thankfully, once the energetic lady receptionist got her line clear she checked us in smoothly. Then, my wife was rather forcefully told to leave the breakfast area because the restaurant crew wanted to clean up early. It’s one thing to politely inform guests that food service is about to end (that’s fine & helpful), but to kick guests out who are merely sitting & conversing at a table—who does that? Apparently Easton now does. Service here has really gone down.

Room is clean and quiet, with sea facing. Everything is functional, hot water bath was great. Service from the hotel staffs were excellent. Many eateries nearby with Queensbay Mall around the corner. Will stay again.

When I checked in, two ladies to front desk were busy on helping other guests to check in. There was another gentleman standing at the front desk next to those two ladies, he didn’t proactively help me check in, until one of the ladies asked me to go to that gentleman counter.

Back to choose this hotel after 5 years back. Quite disappointed as seems the mattress quite hard and pillows too soft. The hotel condition seems like going downhills. They might consider doing some upgrading works.

The water pressure for the bath shower is super low. Not enough for a basic shower. :(

What a lovely hotel, and very friendly staff. Next to a big shopping Mall. Cannot really fault it, thank Eastin Hotel.

Nice comfortable big bed. Friendly staff. Clean room with a lovely Seaview. Within walking distance from the local shopping mall. Easy to move around and to venture into the city. Regular buses by the mall to explore further afield. Easy to call for a grab car (local equivalent to Uber)
