Very friendly and accommodating staff. Check in was fast, easy and friendly. The breakfast was great and we hung out at the bar a couple of times and had great drinks and great service. Rooms were extra clean.

Loved our stay here. The hotel is very nice, rooms and bathrooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable. Overall 10/10 quality. Garden and pool are excellent, staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with recommendations around the city.

Located right in the middle of town, can be tricky for parking if you have a car, but otherwise convenient for shopping, bars and restaurants. Place has a very homely feeling, it was indeed a family home before it was converted into a hotel. Sunday brunch is delicious

One could have coffee in the room as there where coffee making facilities yet to have in the room it was like room service so one had to pay for it.

This is the most charming, friendly and wonderful hotel. It is up there with my most favourite hotel The Greenwich in Tribeca New York. It has the same relaxed and easy familiar charm. The staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. I could not recommend it enough.

From the moment we were received with smiles and welcome bevies, to our lovely sendoff, we felt absolutely relaxed and surrounded by a quiet, picturesque landscape tucked away in the Toulouse center city. All other hotel experiences will be measured against our time here at the SOCLO, and have a feeling all other lodging options will fall short. A lovely hotel in a great part of the pink city, beautiful room, lovely garden oasis and, most importantly, very friendly and helpful staff. Cannot recommend it enough and am looking forward to our next stay there.

There is perhaps no other boutique hotel with this excellent combination of location, tastefully decorated rooms that look like they belong to a home (if you have stayed at chain hotels, you know what I mean), a garden in the rear that reminds oneself to detach from the humdrum of life and just relax while sipping a drink of your choice, a beautiful brunch, a very friendly and accommodating staff, in Toulouse.

I have visited Toulouse baby times and have had the opportunity to stay at many hotels. While most of the hotels where I have stayed are nice, SOCLO totally stands out in almost every category. The comparatively small size of the hotel means that the staff knows you well. It helps create an environment where you feel at home instead of in an ever-changing environment where the faces become unfamiliar every few hours. The rooms are very tastefully appointed with furniture and decorations that make it feel like a home instead of a hotel. The breakfast buffet is amazing, with cakes and pies that are delicious, and such a huge variety that it is difficult to tear oneself away from the buffet. The entire property is very clean and up to date, in spite of the building being from a different century. The area behind the building where one can sit and relax while enjoying either a meal or a drink, or just lazing around, is very beautiful due to the greenery. The staff is really very friendly and accommodating. I hope that the hotel is maintained the same way for years to come do that I have an opportunity to stay here during future visits.

The staff went above and beyond for our team (5 people), which was truly appreciated. The rooms were charming, with many special touches, and the showers were amazing. Last but not least, the breakfasts were out of this world! Thank you to the staff at SOCLO - you made our week in Toulouse a wonderful experience.

This was an excellent stay. Hotel SOCLO is warm and very welcoming place. The room is spacious, the cocktail bar is excellent, amenities are great. Great stay during cold weather in Toulouse.
