Upstairs, you’ll find three ensuite bedrooms, offering ample space and privacy. The finished lower level is a versatile area featuring a cozy play space/media room, an additional queen bedroom, and a full bathroom, making it perfect for relaxation and entertainment.

The outdoor oasis includes an inviting front porch, a spacious back deck and patio, and a fenced-in heated salt water pool. Guests can enjoy a refreshing outdoor shower, a BBQ area, and an outdoor dining table for eight. With its bright open spaces and tranquil surroundings, Harbor is the perfect all-season haven in East Hampton.

Pets are allowed with approval and a one time $150 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

A refundable credit card hold of $1,000 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.

As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Monthly Housekeeping Policy:
For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
