This resort is an incredible oasis in Puglia. Central location allows easy access to the best sights and beaches while avoiding the hectic parking that you would have to deal with in the larger cities. The staff and general manager Dott. Alessandro Scalp are extraordinary- helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended. Grazie Bianco Riccio!

The staff was great, but we just cannot rate the hotel more than 2 stars, not for the rate we paid. There was no hot water for most of our 3 night stay (this seems to be a recurring issue), our “ocean side” view was obstructed (until they moved us) and on weekends the very loud noise from neighboring clubs runs until 3AM. Don’t get me wrong the hotel is totally adequate and comfortable, but it’s simply not worth the $500+ we paid for each night (over $650 on weekends). This is more a $200-$300 a night hotel.

Our room was spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable with a large balcony and view of the sea. Melania and manager Alessandro at the front desk were super nice and very helpful. We definitely enjoyed our stay here. It’s a good location for easy day trips to Alberobello, Monopoli, and other seaside towns.

This was by far the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and we travel at least 3 months a year. If cleanliness is your thing choose this hotel. Across the street from the beach with a gorgeous view of the Adriatico.
